I have played this for at least a couple of months and always received the money requested, however over the past 3 weeks I have not received any of them... I have left messages at least 3 once per week... but still nothing, and no response. thank you to company... I do not have a ticket number as I never received a response I have no ticket number
I have placed a withdrawal request. Even after a period of 1 month. the request is under process and not processed. why the withdrawal taking so much time. It appears as there is some thing suspicious. Either process my request or cancel it. I tried to report the issue through support but in vain. the support team never responded even after repeated requests. worst support. my money got struck. Don't trust cryptotab browsers. my withdrawal requests are still under process today on 23/09/2025
Not happy. I contacted support team more than enough to ask why my pay request is delay. Now it's already more than a year and my 3 pay out requests are still NOT CREDITED I've spent a lot of money for boosting the mining. You get the cash for mining boost from the users fast but slow on crediting the pay requests.

They are just thieves, at first they paid to bring people and give them confidence to invest... but after a while they stole people's money and there are no withdrawals... and now they are claiming that there is a lot of pressure and we must wait... and they are demanding a ticket id and the strange thing is that there is no way to contact them, even though we had contacted them before but to no avail, for example I withdrew successfully before, but recently I requested a withdrawal a long time
Withdrawals have stalled for several months on all of my CrytoTab subscriptions. I have 10 that show as processing and have been for the last 4 months. Can't get through to support even though I have submitted for help a bunch of times. Seems like a scam at this point. 3 weeks later and still no resolution. Don't waste your money. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!! Support didn't help resolve the issue just sent a standard email saying that there working on it....
It have been more than one month that my withdrawal still on processing. Yet i already sent the 2 complains to customer service, but still no responding. I will update review if I ever figure out how to add multiple devices for mining. Mines the same on amount on 1 device as it does on 4 devices. Can you help with adding more devices. I got the 2x bonus and would add more if I can add more phones. Other than this issue I think it's a good browser and like mining in the background. Thanks
Ive used this for years never had a problem until my withdrawals stopped, in November it will be a year ive been waiting for a withdrawal and ive contacted support multiple times and it just doesn't seem to get sorted, they opened my case said they looked into it and closed the case but nothing was done, they didn't tell me what happened or if my problem was sorted. it's just ridiculous all I want is my withdrawals why is that so hard ? it's just beyond a joke now.
