Fake app with non-existent support. Haven't been able to login for a week now after the last update kicked me out and support just gave up in replying to my emails. Ticket CFS-54532 Cancelled my subscription, won't be renewing and wasting another 12 months. Edit: Submitted vip feedback per dev's direction and still no response a whole week later.. would give 0 stars if I could. Edit: Over 2 months now of not being able to login and still no support except copy and paste responses.

CRYPTOTAB IS A SCAM! There is no support that I can speak of. My account was suspended without any warning or reason. Communication is non existent. I really enjoyed the app prior to the disruption. SMH I wrote this review 10 weeks ago. I have written into every obtainable email address that Cryptotab has listed.. I have sent more support requests than you would expect (30+). That would be the 2nd biggest scam, not once have I received ANY support or reply. Simply put, CT is a scam.

The problem of this apps is withdrawal, my withdrawal still processing more than 7 months until now , And other is rejected, please check my transaction.. please verify my transaction. I already sent a message , but still waiting, How long I wait? but no response, still processing..

This app is fraud and spam . At the beginning let you to withdraw your money but when you have more crypto in the CT farm they will not let you withdraw your money it shows ( processing). my transaction has been in processing for 8 months. Even support they are not answering.

Actively siphons your ROI by shutting off at random intervals. I've not experienced the 'pending' transaction error, but I set timers for reactivation, and this one waits until I'm asleep to deactivate itself. That includes the laptop I have connected with their mining software; shuts off my hardware's connection to the pool. I've put a lot of my money in their ecosystem to have them acting so greedy. Cue the canned developer response:

My accounts are still suspended even after I sent in my user ID alomg with screenshots of my farms IDs and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Service support rarely responds to my inqueries. The FAQ states a person can have unlimited farms. Hopefully, this will finally be resolved since I have ben asking for assistance for four months and counting.

Can't withdraw stuck in limbo processing. It's been over 2 weeks now, and the new update once finished. log back in, and I lost $9 in Bitcoin mining. It disappeared from my account after this new update. had small withdrawals work in the past, but when the $$ of withdrawal is up, it will not be processed stuck no response from customer service after emails about processing time . still have not got my missing deposit yet now it's been 3 months and submitted all my information three times 😞

(edited) 6 months on and still waiting.... difficulties with transfers to nc wallet, be careful, support not much help repeated messages. not had an issue previously, got 6 transactions processing with the most at about 8 weeks currently.

A bunch of scammers i withdraw money 3 months or so ago and its still processing i have emailed them and they give me the excuse something is wrong with my with drawal and they are working on fixing it which has been a couple months now also. Just got an email 7/22/25 that they are still working on fixing it the problem. Ya i dont think theres a problem i think they are taking peoples money and not doing anything if it gets fixed ill write another review but as of now stay away from them.

all in all don't waste your time, worker always deactivate and no notification given, always loosing mining time, won't make my money back, plenty of better mining apps that aren't a subscription, lucky to make 20usd over three months that's is what I spent hardly worth time or effort, also says you can mine eth and that's not possible seems a bit sketchy to me more like buying crypto slowly long term than mining because you can't mine eth
