So here's my take on CT Insider. I've tried a bunch of news and community apps, and this one's a solid option if you're in Connecticut. The customizable news feeds and local coverage are really handy, and I like the extra features like the e-newspaper and the podcasts. But it does have some issues - the app can be glitchy at times and the free version has a lot of ads. Still, if you want an easy way to keep up with what's going on in your state, this is a pretty good choice.

Description

Been using the CT Insider app for a couple months now. It’s basically a news and community app for folks in Connecticut. Pretty solid if you’re into keeping up with what’s going on around the state.

Here’s what you can do – you can customize the homepage to show news from your local area, get alerts on breaking stories, and even listen to articles with the built-in text-to-speech feature. There’s also a digital version of the newspaper you can read, plus some fun puzzles and games to pass the time. It’s got a good mix of content to keep you informed and entertained.

Look, if you live in CT and want an easy way to stay on top of the news and community happenings, this app’s worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the app can get a bit buggy sometimes and the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay for the subscription. But overall, it does the job pretty well.
