Continual issues around logging in. Kicks me out, won’t show the page after logging in. I’m late for a refill & I can’t get it to go through. These issues have been happening once a month for the past few months. Basically, anytime I need to refill, I can’t.

I’ve been trying to sign into this app for 3 days and just keep getting a technical difficulty message. As someone who needs their specialty medication, this is very unsettling.
I’d really appreciate if y’all would remove the biometrics nag. I say no every single time. I’ll probably drop the app and switch back to the browser.
It’s ok for refill status. But I still have to call for every prescription because I need early delivery. FED EX and UPS offer it, but the app doesn’t give you that option. π
This app is basically unusable. I’m not even able to refill a prescription because it’s giving me an error. Also, the app shouldn’t need all these extra permissions like my precise location to refill prescriptions…
terrible registration set up. pops opens browser instead of doing being able to keep it in the app. also asks for medication as part of the setup, which most of the ones I’m on weren’t listed so bad decision to make it mandatory there. awful and poorly designed.
