The app used to work OK for what it had to do. Now it's completely unusable for what it's meant for. I literally cannot order a prescription and need to call in now. And I write this as a software engineer and millennial, I'm far from technology illiterate. If you want a screen recording of all that's gone wrong with the app beginning to end, I can send it.

Continual issues around logging in. Kicks me out, won't show the page after logging in. I'm late for a refill & I can't get it to go through. These issues have been happening once a month for the past few months. Basically, anytime I need to refill, I can't.

This app is the worst. If I could give it no stars that's what I will do. I downloaded the app a few years back and it gave me a hard time logging in with a message saying "a problem has occurred please call customer service at..." This totally defeats the purpose of the app. I have gone through several phones, dozens of passwords trying to reset it and the problem persists. Customers service said they will try to work on it but I doubt it.

Don't recommend this app or pharmacy if you have to refill a life-saving cancer medication each month. I've had glitches or incompetence for 7 out of the 10 months I've used it. I don't have an option to change pharmacies due to insurance preferences. They also dropped the email option from this app and now you can only communicate with them through chat.

I have never been able to obtain my refills. All I get is "you have no refills due at this time," Although my prescription shows I have two additional refills for pain, I have three pills left (one days worth). Even meds I have been taking for years show up this way. New comment: opened website and complied with mandatory upgrade. That's okay, but now when I returned to the website, the upgrade was there again and wouldn't let me pass to login page.

This is a horrible app and/service. They have now made me call them 3 times in the past 3 months (all the while failing to deliver my medication on time) because their system for whatever reason will not save my copay details. It's absurd. They have one of the worst online systems. It clearly doesn't work and I'm tired of being inconvenienced by it. Don't recommend. What's the point of a app if I have to call a customer care agent once a month??? I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I've been trying to sign into this app for 3 days and just keep getting a technical difficulty message. As someone who needs their specialty medication, this is very unsettling.

I'd really appreciate if y'all would remove the biometrics nag. I say no every single time. I'll probably drop the app and switch back to the browser.

It's ok for refill status. But I still have to call for every prescription because I need early delivery. FED EX and UPS offer it, but the app doesn't give you that option. 😕

This app is basically unusable. I'm not even able to refill a prescription because it's giving me an error. Also, the app shouldn't need all these extra permissions like my precise location to refill prescriptions...
