Does everything perfectly and best of all there's no high cost nissan service tech to pay. Absolutely love it. When's the next version coming out for other vehicles? Or maybe evening some tuning parameters to increase performance and mpg? Is it possible?

Bought the app because I am looking at used Nissans. Works great with my Nexus 5x and I am using a OBDLink LX adapter. I was able to see all of the values, and it will help me to know if a car has any pending transmission issues. Cheaper than a single car fax report. Thanks for putting this out there.
I already purchased the nice app via google play, I had Qashqai j10 model, I want know what is the counter value of CVT deterioration means, is it measure the ECU value ( from the date of car purchased) or it starts counting from the day the app connected to the ECU. Because I knew from my dealer that my car is 17000 point in the last inspection ( I know the MAX. is 210000 point) but when I connect the app the reading was 1200 only. 1- I need to get the real and cumulative reading
A must have for any Nissan owner. This app does everything any OBD paid app does + cvt monitor and readings that no other app does! Good support too, he replied to me when i asked questions. Just a suggestion for next update... if possible use some gadget like cars odometer too to bring attraction to the app. For example when i tap on speed i see something like speedometer. Also connection would be awesome if it was instant without 5 sec delay in live data. Thanks again for thw great app.
Wow, just wow. This app with my Viecar Scanner did something that my $5,000 Mac tools shop scan tool was not able to do on my 2018 Nissan Altima. this app was able to properly read my CVT fluid temperature. My Mac tool scanner have been giving me incredibly high readings of 240° F and higher even though the ambient temperature is 0° where I am, so I knew there was no way that my CVT fluid temperature was that high on startup and then only going up while driving. Amazing app for Nissans.
i installed the app but for some reason don't work. It keep searching for the vehicle but don't work. i already pay for and is useless.
I bought a 2016 Frontier that would send vibrations through the steering column while idling. After watching a Utube video about this very common problem, I used this app along with an Elm327 OBDII module I found on Amazon. I was then able to raise my idle from 600 to 650, which fixed my vibration problem. Very happy. 5 stars.
Awesome app. It's a must for DIY CVT fluid change to reset deterioration date. Can save you a lot of dollars on your car if you know how to use it. A request to the developer. If you can add g sensor calibration feature from consult as well, if possible.
If you have a Nissan with the Cvt transmission this app has plenty of useful data. The only recommendation I would give is to include maybe a guide or way of letting the users know what the numbers are telling them so to speak, as in what does it all mean to the layman. But I was able to understand enough to really enjoy this app more than most. Thank you
Doesn't work for my Z50 Murano unfortunately. I REALLY wanted it to work as it looks really good but frustratingly nothing seemed to help sadly. I spent hours fault finding, tried everything including a different but brand new phone, downloaded the latest version, double triple checked my OBDII compatibility, the app connected to the OBDII and the car, but just couldn't connect to my Muranos CVT or Engine stating that it was unrecognizable despite identifying it as a JATCO? Very sad😞
This app is perfect 👍 especially for our mechanic shop . After replacing the valve body on CVT8 we was able to do procedures of relearning of CVT clutch points and G sensor. Perfect!!! If this App will have the function of Write and Clean the CVT data calibration file that would be a professional program. Also I didn't find a function of Adaptive reset and relearning adaptive value - I think this guys will fix it soon. !!!!!
🏆update: last review 🏆👍This app and the support I got was amazing , I changed the timing degrees on a DO NOT DO THIS lol 04 vq35 even though it said under 08 not recommended I did it anyway changed some settings and couldn't get my car started I emailed them and within mins got email back the awesome support with emails and instructions and the new feature to click on to reset and get my engine started and there's actually real people on the other side of this app that are willing to help
This app has made my driving experience much better on my 2013 Nissan Frontier. I was able to adjust the RPM higher and advance the timing +2°. By adjusting the RPM it eliminated the steering wheel vibration at idle. Adjusting the throttle plus two degrees makes the acceleration more responsive. The only thing I can't do is display the graphics. If you have a solution for this it would be great!
Wow! If you have a Nissan with a CVT transmission, you NEED this app! It is simply amazing, and displays information no other app does: temperature, stats, graphs and allows you to make changes to CVT operation. It is also in active development, with new features to test all the time. The customer service is incredibly quick. I think this app is an incredible bargain, and might save you from having to prematurely replace your CVT transmission. Get it now! I use it with a Vgate iCar-Pro adapter.
App is great! I had a WiFi OBD2 Adapter and WiFi didn't make the app work, nothing worked. I purchased a bluetooh OBD2 Adapter on Amazon for about $10 and it worked perfectly! I changed my 2016 Altima S's transmission oil and I just needed to measure before/after temps. The temps now work with bluetooth. I love how I can set engine braking and set idle rpm's which improved my cars idling as before it would tremble so bad. Better UI would be nice, but it works! Thanks.
Best money spent on google play. Also the developer is very responsive. He responded to my email right away and provided me with a solution. No other tools I used could do it... I noticed the speed is off by 3-4mph in monitor mode, I tried all 3 methods, and still was off from the digital speed on the dashboard. Highly recommended...
In the beginning was working very well, I had no issues with it. After one month of use, the app connects, send/receive data for just for 20-30sec. And then stops, like it is disconnected. I though it was from the adapter, so I buy a brand new one. And still the same issue. Both of the adapters have good chips. Any suggestions please? I am using it on Z51 Murano.
I'm a pilot and general gadget geek so I love lots of info. Even though the demo did what Torque + Nissan Adv Plugin couldn't, CVT temp for my GF's 09 Sentra. I bought this to say thanks and love the extra features. Don't know how you managed what the other apps couldn't, but awesome work. Ok after some use here is my wishlist. 1) Can we have the option of imperial units? 2) A torque plugin? I'd be willing to pay a few bucks more. 3) Clean up the menus and make navigation a little more intuitive.
I have a professional scan tool but it doesn't have any of the special functions for my 2012 Nissan Frontier. So to adjust the idle speed I bought a OBDll blue tooth adapter that was rated higher than the ELM327. After initial setup a message displayed saying that CVTz50 was designed for operating systems older than the one installed on my Android based smart phone. Although it wouldn't display any real time data on my phone, it did allow me to increase the idle speed. It was worth $4.99.
