Does everything perfectly and best of all there's no high cost nissan service tech to pay. Absolutely love it. When's the next version coming out for other vehicles? Or maybe evening some tuning parameters to increase performance and mpg? Is it possible?
Connected to B17 Sentra without problem with Veepeak BLE adapter. Works amazingly. I would just wish the dev would put some thought into the UX. I would be happy to help. I studied UI/UX design as a college minor and work with Android app design assets. Still do build my own Android versions for my Pixel.
Bought the app because I am looking at used Nissans. Works great with my Nexus 5x and I am using a OBDLink LX adapter. I was able to see all of the values, and it will help me to know if a car has any pending transmission issues. Cheaper than a single car fax report. Thanks for putting this out there.
I already purchased the nice app via google play, I had Qashqai j10 model, I want know what is the counter value of CVT deterioration means, is it measure the ECU value ( from the date of car purchased) or it starts counting from the day the app connected to the ECU. Because I knew from my dealer that my car is 17000 point in the last inspection ( I know the MAX. is 210000 point) but when I connect the app the reading was 1200 only. 1- I need to get the real and cumulative reading
A must have for any Nissan owner. This app does everything any OBD paid app does + cvt monitor and readings that no other app does! Good support too, he replied to me when i asked questions. Just a suggestion for next update... if possible use some gadget like cars odometer too to bring attraction to the app. For example when i tap on speed i see something like speedometer. Also connection would be awesome if it was instant without 5 sec delay in live data. Thanks again for thw great app.
Wow, just wow. This app with my Viecar Scanner did something that my $5,000 Mac tools shop scan tool was not able to do on my 2018 Nissan Altima. this app was able to properly read my CVT fluid temperature. My Mac tool scanner have been giving me incredibly high readings of 240° F and higher even though the ambient temperature is 0° where I am, so I knew there was no way that my CVT fluid temperature was that high on startup and then only going up while driving. Amazing app for Nissans.
i installed the app but for some reason don't work. It keep searching for the vehicle but don't work. i already pay for and is useless.
I bought a 2016 Frontier that would send vibrations through the steering column while idling. After watching a Utube video about this very common problem, I used this app along with an Elm327 OBDII module I found on Amazon. I was then able to raise my idle from 600 to 650, which fixed my vibration problem. Very happy. 5 stars.
Awesome app. It's a must for DIY CVT fluid change to reset deterioration date. Can save you a lot of dollars on your car if you know how to use it. A request to the developer. If you can add g sensor calibration feature from consult as well, if possible.
If you have a Nissan with the Cvt transmission this app has plenty of useful data. The only recommendation I would give is to include maybe a guide or way of letting the users know what the numbers are telling them so to speak, as in what does it all mean to the layman. But I was able to understand enough to really enjoy this app more than most. Thank you
