An awful money grabbing app. The advisor ignored all of my questions and only started hinting at an answer to my first one right at the end so I'd have to pay to keep talking.

Got kicked out of my 6min chat which i laid for and when I finally got back in the app my chat was gone, also won't let me add my contact number for the 3mins, says all contact for this number has been blocked due to unusual activity!

Didn't work. I paid for a reading and the advisor who came to the chat didn't respond. I tried to log the issue on the app, but it wouldn't send me complaint.

I tried this app to see how my experience would be with their readers(advisors). I gave it a week and tried 5 different advisors but none of them really showed to be so gifted like on other apps that I used. I just don't care to spend anymore money on this app..

takes to long to get an answer we dont have alot of money to wait around for an answer

this app has been awful! the advisors are nice and accurate but it drops the connection and takes all the minutes I just paid for. it has happened multiple times.

Fast quick responses, accurate, no wasted time, like other apps where the psychic runs out the clock to give a response. I enjoyed my reading, I got alot of confirmation and validation on things. I highly recommend this app.

All of the manager here treat their advisor which is the tarot readers like a money machine that the people who wants to read wants them to top up right away. And they want the readers to do a reading like an AI. If they want thatm i suggest that you can go to chatgpt and ask for the readings there. If you want a legit tarot reader please install nebula. That is much better than this. Same as starmet.

I really really wish instead of having to pay for diamonds every single time to talk to someone about whatever we want to talk to them about or get readings for, we could earn the diamonds by like logging in or watching ads or something. that would make this very easier instead of having to pay all the time because not everyone has money like that, and people need this app to actually get ride of stress and anxiety. but they can't really do that if they have to pay for diamonds each time.

I had 2 readings. The first was good so later I returned for a second one.The reader started off giving me a lot of nonsensical information...clearly to waste my minutes so I could purchase more. Then when I contacted Cyanmoon for a possible refund, there was no answer. The support is literally nonexistent.

Horrible app. I know that 33 minutes isn't too long but, once those 3 minutes are up, the psychic readers don't care about finishing up the reading or at least, give you an answer. If I could give a one-star review to this app I would. Horrible service. Horrible psychics, not even accurate because they say one thing and then they say another. I am very disappointed 👎👎👎

It was great at first. Mind you, AT FIRST. But two days later I wanted to log back in to re-read some of the chats. And guess what? I can't log in! Reached out to supportn and to NO SURPRISE I get no response. So not only can I not get access to my account, I have lost chats that have significant to me. First it was the fact my number was blocked, and now the claim is that "Billing-Not-Enabled". What a bunch of bs.

Excellent app. Please unblock my Nokia phone, I can't log in. I have multiple readings I'm supposed to do on this app on my Nokia phone, and I can't login. Will someone help me with this? Thank you.

I had a amazing experience, my reader was accurate on everything on my situation and now I see what I didn't before

At first these psychic are good but they get their behinds on their shoulders stay extremely delayed with their responses and give vague answers that I could've said having a convo with my damn self! Definitely money hungry and not passionate about what they do. You wanna get robbed, use this app!

Total waste of money. The advisor wasted my time/credit without a solid answer.

inaccurate , clearly "the psychic" was just guessing ,asking the same questions multiple times ,along with grammar mistakes which does not help

very responsive and just all round nice people.
