I’ve been using the Daikin One Home app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you monitor and control your Daikin heating and cooling systems from your phone. Pretty handy if you’re always on the go like me.
Here’s what you can do – you can check the temperature and humidity levels in different rooms, adjust the thermostat settings, and even create schedules for when the AC should turn on or off. There’s also a neat feature that shows the current weather and forecast for your location. Took me a bit to figure out how to use it all, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been really convenient.
Look, if you’ve got a Daikin smart thermostat at home, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the air quality history screens require a separate Daikin monitor that costs extra. But overall, it does the job of letting you control your home HVAC from anywhere. Definitely makes my life easier.

As someone who's used a bunch of home automation apps, I'd say the Daikin One Home app is a pretty solid option. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the core features like remote temperature control and scheduling work really well. I like that it integrates with the Daikin smart thermostat - gives you a lot of control over your home climate. The only downside is the extra cost for the air quality monitoring, but if that's not a priority for you, you'll probably still find this app super useful.

Takes some getting used to, but works well enough. I wish I could set the temperature by typing in the numbers - dragging the bars one degree is too hard....

The AC unit itself is compact, efficient, and quiet. The thermostat and this app are absolute junk and Daikin doesn't allow third party thermostats to work with the AC unit....
