Until recently I've really enjoyed this app, but a month or so ago it stopped givi the daily rewards as well as the ones for drinking, walking etc. I was getting responses from customer service until they sent it to tech support. even though I've left messages I have heard nothing for about 2 weeks. About a week ago I discovered I can not cash out what I've earned. I've never had a problem with it before. I'm very disappointed in the lack of support & solution. Giving 3 stars is being nice

I enjoyed this app for a long time., but in the last two weeks I haven't received the rewards. I have received emails saying I received money to my PayPal, but nothing there. I have contacted customer service 3 times and no response. I have lost nearly 30.00 in rewards. update. got those rewards. submitted 3 more now saying PayPal is rejecting. contacted PayPal and no restrictions on my account. it is on daily gift end.

Great game, one of a kind that tracks your walking ,water consumption, and you can play games ( great games to pick from) to earn points and tickets and that you trade in to get diamonds for cash. The cash out is low also. I have cashed out a few times and it's instant to your PayPal if thats what you choose, they have a wide variety to choose from. Highly recommend.

I love this app. it has opportunities to make points and tickets in so many different ways that both translate into Dollars to cashout. The PayPal payouts are within a minute after the initial verification cashout. this took a few hours but never again! There are so many games to choose from, I just have hit a point that the only games left for me are ganes I have no interest in. So I have to wait longer then others until a gane of interest hits, but I still access the daily points they offer!

like everything except adds are interrupting play in some games up to 4 or 5 times. don't like that I can't just close the ad, keeps taking me to the play store, etc. have to go through 3 close screens to close. 2 games from ads were put on my phone without asking permission. going to snag one more gift card. don't know that I will keep playing after that. the ad situation is crazy.

I would have given a 5 however, for some reason my tickets, coins, and gems just disappeared. There is no customer service to reach out to, I really enjoyed this app. I cashed out many times. why my credits disappeared I don't know, however it truly is an inconvenience not to mention disappointing. Hopefully this issue can be resolved. if not I will have to start my journey to look for another cash for gaming app.

I applied for a $10 PayPal payout on June 22nd. The money disappeared but did not go to PayPal. It left the extra I had in the account though. Also all my games disappeared from their lineup but are still on my phone. I sent a message to customer service and 3 days later I got a reply asking for more info. I again sent the info but have now been waiting over a week. So, don't waste your time.

Never had any trouble getting rewards or redeeming gift cards. Dependable for making a little spending money, and getting my mind focused on something other than daily symptoms of Chronic Pain Disease. (No, you won't get rich, unless perhaps you play gambling games, which I do not.) Lots of puzzles, word games, and merge games, to choose from! Thank you!👍👍

The daily gift reward app is the great app to play easy to win the money or earn the money, I mean. but when you download the game and you play the task, it will record it up to a certain point and then you have to ask for your points after that. very annoying. I wish you would fix this so when we reach our task we can get the point that we deserve.

Well it happened again. Twice now I got almost enough points to redeem for $20, then the app stops working. I ended up losing the $20 the last time and having to start over because they wouldn't do anything. Hopefully they will fix it this time so that I can get my $20. I have been using the same device, and the same WiFi Internet, but a couple of days ago it started saying that it was restricted because I had an untrusted device. It still shows the items, but when clicked on, nothing happens

Overall the app is good and effective. But, just recently the amount I get to cash out reduced without a reason of why. I was getting $1.10 if I cash out the first option after I've been using the app for several months. Today it went back down to just $1.00 I really needed that extra $0.10 on it to buy something at the store I was short on. Y'all need more games I'm out of options when you guys ask for the bonus to download there's absolutely none available.

Nice app. I wish it was a little faster to get the tickets, but at least the app does pay out the gift card. I played alot and it took me about 50-53 days to get what I needed for the $20 gift card. There were some cool games. I would say for some games the ads were annoying. If you stay at it you can get your gift card.

The best hustle app so far, I've tried so many that I can't even name them all. While PlayWell is almost identical to DailyGift, you have to reach level 25 before redeeming $10 on PlayWell, which can take a few months of daily effort to achieve. On DailyGift, there's no minimum level requirement and the app tracking has never failed me like it did so often on PlayWell and MistPlay. Like PlayWell, the payment is super fast–you just have to remember to also REDEEM your reward after claiming it!

UPDATE: Changed to 5 stars. I contacted support through the app and was able to submit about missing points. The points were there for me to get this morning. Thank you for the quick response to my inquiry. Good, so far, but, I reached level 20 the first day in Zen Word and did not receive the bonus coins, although I've received bonus coins for reaching other levels beyond it. Also, not finding how to reach their support are through the app, otherwise it would probably be a 5 star review.

So, I'm re-rating this app.. I was playing a game (bubble boxes- matching games) and there was a goal that expired in a set time limit. I reached the level before time, but never got the reward. A 200 and some point reward, which is really a kind of big deal. That's a large reward to be missing... other games have frozen and still others have just stopped offering rewards. one says new rewards would be offered after I "play a new game for a few minutes".. not true tho. I have, it hasn't.

This is my favorite reward app! There are SO many ways to earn rewards and lots of games to choose from. It's also well worth it to make purchases in the games when those tasks come up, but it's not mandatory. You can still complete the other tasks. But you can cash out for up to 30 percent extra by upgrading your VIP status with purchases in loyalty games. You can cash out as little as one dollar, but you get more for your reward points if you cash out at $20. I highly recommend this app!

I had this as 5 star but had to change the rating after waiting over a month, writing them 6 times and filing the form in the help center 4 times for them to correct a missing reward. I still haven't received it, though I met the conditions. Also, they make it impossible to choose the right reward on the forms. I guess if the reward is high enough (4,800 in this case), they will just ignore you.

Platform is decent, though the downloads needed to earn enough to buy a gallon of gas is an entire day's worth of time, and several gigabytes worth of phone space, even for apps that crash or freeze up 80% of the time. And then there's a time play cap of 120 minutes, which is barely enough time to complete half the challenges offered. Frankly, if I were 5 years old, and just wanted to kill some time, this platform is great. However, I'm 52, and my time is more valuable than $0.14 a minute!

I have been playing games with this app for about 2 months and have made around $40 and I love that I get paid within a few minutes every time I cash out but lately I've noticed that I have stopped getting paid for the leveling up bonus on several games I'm playing and have been sending messages to CS and get no response at all! I will edit my review if I hear from someone about this. Edit: I got paid for my game time finally! Ty!

It pays out every time in like a minute or even less! :D it also tracks steps really well and you also get points for the other daily tasks. You can get $1 in a couple days just from clicking a few buttons every day! :D (I do the water, steps, deep breaths, good mood, and play a new game(which gives you points as soon as you download the app)) You can get a lot more points if you do the game tasks but the daily stuff are easier so I like them :)
