Until recently I've really enjoyed this app, but a month or so ago it stopped givi the daily rewards as well as the ones for drinking, walking etc. I was getting responses from customer service until they sent it to tech support. even though I've left messages I have heard nothing for about 2 weeks. About a week ago I discovered I can not cash out what I've earned. I've never had a problem with it before. I'm very disappointed in the lack of support & solution. Giving 3 stars is being nice

I enjoyed this app for a long time., but in the last two weeks I haven't received the rewards. I have received emails saying I received money to my PayPal, but nothing there. I have contacted customer service 3 times and no response. I have lost nearly 30.00 in rewards. update. got those rewards. submitted 3 more now saying PayPal is rejecting. contacted PayPal and no restrictions on my account. it is on daily gift end.

Great game, one of a kind that tracks your walking ,water consumption, and you can play games ( great games to pick from) to earn points and tickets and that you trade in to get diamonds for cash. The cash out is low also. I have cashed out a few times and it's instant to your PayPal if thats what you choose, they have a wide variety to choose from. Highly recommend.

I love this app. it has opportunities to make points and tickets in so many different ways that both translate into Dollars to cashout. The PayPal payouts are within a minute after the initial verification cashout. this took a few hours but never again! There are so many games to choose from, I just have hit a point that the only games left for me are ganes I have no interest in. So I have to wait longer then others until a gane of interest hits, but I still access the daily points they offer!

like everything except adds are interrupting play in some games up to 4 or 5 times. don't like that I can't just close the ad, keeps taking me to the play store, etc. have to go through 3 close screens to close. 2 games from ads were put on my phone without asking permission. going to snag one more gift card. don't know that I will keep playing after that. the ad situation is crazy.

I would have given a 5 however, for some reason my tickets, coins, and gems just disappeared. There is no customer service to reach out to, I really enjoyed this app. I cashed out many times. why my credits disappeared I don't know, however it truly is an inconvenience not to mention disappointing. Hopefully this issue can be resolved. if not I will have to start my journey to look for another cash for gaming app.

I applied for a $10 PayPal payout on June 22nd. The money disappeared but did not go to PayPal. It left the extra I had in the account though. Also all my games disappeared from their lineup but are still on my phone. I sent a message to customer service and 3 days later I got a reply asking for more info. I again sent the info but have now been waiting over a week. So, don't waste your time.

Never had any trouble getting rewards or redeeming gift cards. Dependable for making a little spending money, and getting my mind focused on something other than daily symptoms of Chronic Pain Disease. (No, you won't get rich, unless perhaps you play gambling games, which I do not.) Lots of puzzles, word games, and merge games, to choose from! Thank you!👍👍

The daily gift reward app is the great app to play easy to win the money or earn the money, I mean. but when you download the game and you play the task, it will record it up to a certain point and then you have to ask for your points after that. very annoying. I wish you would fix this so when we reach our task we can get the point that we deserve.

Well it happened again. Twice now I got almost enough points to redeem for $20, then the app stops working. I ended up losing the $20 the last time and having to start over because they wouldn't do anything. Hopefully they will fix it this time so that I can get my $20. I have been using the same device, and the same WiFi Internet, but a couple of days ago it started saying that it was restricted because I had an untrusted device. It still shows the items, but when clicked on, nothing happens
