The app works great for news, podcasts, and movies. The comments section is improved and easier to use. Casting video podcasts and movies to a smart TV is seamless, but you can also get the app on the smart TV as well. I wish it would integrate a bit more with Android Auto, but it's still totally usable. The podcasts won't pause if you take a phone call for example. And the audio won't start immediately unless you play a song on another app first. Zero issues if using Bluetooth only.

1/25-Went from 1 to 4. Finally they fixed a lot of the issues. Would like high speed back on the live show though. That way if you come in late you can catch up to the love stream. -- When using the audio version to listen to the podcast you cannot close the app or lock your phone because the podcast will stop playing. It also doesn't stop when you press The play/pause on earbuds or push the voice to text button.

I love the app but it has 2 things it needs to improve. The search engine is garbage. I can enter "snow white" and I'll get a dozen news sources that don't even have those words in the title or anywhere in the article. The other thing they need to fix is by adding a video history or something that tracks what I've already watched so I don't have to try and guess if I've seen the video. It becomes frustrating when I don't watch every episode and then have to guess where I last left off.

Daily wire have some of the best content out there right now. However the app is missing content, or is hard to use. Dragons monsters and men are not on the app. There are a few other shows missing. And things go up and go away from time to time with no reason. The app will quit playing audio after a while but only for me when I leave the app to send a text or open another app. It won't be right away either it will turn off in about 5 minutes of opening something else.

Good news app, but to close the program on Android, most other apps close when the back button is touched twice. This app shows a window to close app. I don't like that. Also, there is no settings button in the app, so if you do not want notifications, you must go to your phone's settings to turn off notifications. Otherwise, I like it. I will not sign in or create an account, fyi.

This app is inconvenient, impractical, and slow. I usually listen to the podcasts through YouTube music because I can download them there. However, it's not uncommon for them to edit things out and insert annoying ads into the podcast. I would prefer to listen to it through the actual app, but it takes forever to load, and I can't download the episodes for when I don't have signal. The few times I have used the app, the stream will crash or not respond when I try to pause it.

Decent app overall (at least for ad-free content). However, it doesn't save my progress on podcasts when I pause them and exit the app. Is there some setting or permission I am not aware of that would fix this? It's maddening to have to manually find the place where I left off. Also, the app has recently been shutting itself down after 10-15 minutes. I've reinstalled a couple of times recently to no avail.

Adding a new review for 2025, since the app has had some updates to it. To start with what I don't like, I don't like that the audio section has been fully removed from the platform. There used to be a audio-only version of the daily news podcasts by the hosts, and that would use less battery on the phone than the video versions. I can still access all of the podcasts on video and turn the screen off, so it's okay. I miss Brett Cooper. Otherwise, I love the app and the content provided.

Content is top notch and well worth the subscription cost. But the app crashes frequently (I can't get through a podcast without a crash), app loses my place in podcast (sometimes even without a crash), doesn't remember which podcasts I've already listened to, and audio doesn't automatically pause when other phone audio occurs. Would love for these improvements to be implemented.

Great content, however, the app needs a lot of work. App functionality probably couldn't be any worse. The subtitles/captions almost never work (you would think they would at least work on you movies). You can only fast forward/ rewind in one minute intervals, which is impractical. Not all of the content on the website is on the app (like Convicting A Murderer). You can't add anything to a watchlist. Those are just the few things that come to mind off of the top of my head.
