Been using Dalna: Our Moonlight Days for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you keep track of your relationship milestones – how long you’ve been together, when you met, anniversaries, that kind of stuff. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can add important dates, upload photos, and write little notes about your memories. There’s also a cute little calendar feature that shows how long you’ve been together. And the app gives you reminders for anniversaries and stuff – which is handy, ’cause I’m terrible at remembering those things.
