I, just this week, paid for premium membership for this workout platform. However, upon trying it, I've noticed the instructors are not professionals. Several actually look like teenagers. Often times the music does not really align with the dance movements, which is a critical part of dance fitness. Also the voice overs seldom align with the video. Attempting to use this program is a huge disappointment, especially after I paid money for it.
Reviews for Dancefitme: Fun Workouts
← Back to Dancefitme: Fun WorkoutsThe platform is not really in English, which is fine if you want a voice over. The music is not as advertised and is pretty basic and boring. Oh amd good luck with a refund in their "free trial". I'm on my 6th emails where they are trying to force me to use it for 30 minsl a day for 21 days before a refund. Insane. You can not be forced to do something.
Edit: ur free courses are buried and not worth the time. Why would I spend money on this? Not free, unless you want to be bombarded with purchase windows and sales.. get past all that to a class tab.. The point is being able to try something like this to see if it's worthwhile. Most people can't afford to spend money on an app just to find out it's not what they want. So not even worth the download until they fix the app so people can see if it's something they might want to invest into.
This app has many good features, but, from the start, you're bombarded with ads about the premium. No matter what you click, it asks you to pay. The so-called "free" classes are basically nonexistent. The prices are reasonable for the quality, but if you're looking for anything free, then this isn't the place. The constant premium advertisement is annoying, even the daily classes aren't free either. It just ruins the whole experience. "Unlock Everything" because EVERYTHING is literally locked.
Unable to try free. Says in-app purchases, but there is no free option whatsoever. I'm not opposed to purchasing an app that I like, but not without at least trying it first. Every time I click on a video, a sales pitch pops up and I have to either choose to purchase a monthly plan or I have to exit. Will delete this app and look for something that works better for me.
Was hopeful about this app and paid for the year sub...wish I hadn't. There are only a handful of decent videos. I'm no beginner to dance and still had a hard time following most of the videos as they don't match the beats of the music, have awkward voice overs, and don't explain anything they are doing. The moves aren't hard, they just present them awkwardly. Takes me 15+ min to find one worth doing. Trust me, you're better off just looking at videos on YouTube.
I hate exercise and this app makes it fun, and since I'm so out of shape I get a workout doing even the easy exercises....the moves are relatively easy, but sometimes there's one I'm like "huh?" but I just keep moving through it maybe just keep doing the previous move....I paid for the year only 36 bucks. so 3 dollars month. I wasnt offered anything for free, though I do see some reviews that are using similar wording so maybe they are fake, but this one isn't. I've been using a week!
At first, the app seemed promising, and I went ahead and got the premium membership. I quickly found that past the initial workout, the dances often provide little to no explanations, are too difficult for beginners, and the warm ups are way too short. They also hide the good dance videos behind an extra pay wall of another monthly subscription, even if you have a premium membership. There's also no trial period option, and no option to pick non-binary for gender. I highly don't recommend.
No free classes. Not even a 3 minute video. And even if there is, they made sure that it's hidden or difficult to find so that users would try out the 7-day free trial then purchase the real deal. I felt like I was being pushed to spend my money on this app. There was no variety in music or style. It was just a bad, money-grabbing app. You could find better dance videos and tutorials for free on YouTube to be honest.
The app isn't searchable, making it difficult to find a routine. Music choice is limited it all sounds like the sample EDM music. Not many mainstream hits, hip hop, or kpop as advertised. Some of the courses offer guidance, but most of the others are just follow along as you go. If you are a beginner it can be difficult to follow. You can only fast forward/rewind in 10 sec intervals. So you can't start over or preview the workout. No good customer service and can't try prior buying/no refunds.
Terrible App Do Not Buy! You won't find out how useless it is until you purchase it, so please save your money. The app playback is terrible, the instructors seem under qualified, the moves are repetitive (but not in a way that makes it easy to follow because they're performed randomly), IF the music is playing it's often out of sync with the moves and horribly repetitive, and there is no actual customer service. Just look at the generic replies in these reviews. Pathetic. Would give 0 stars.
Not fun or enjoyable. There is no way to preview the courses before purchasing an subscription. Before you even begin, you are offered free membership for leaving a review! Before you even start any courses! I believe that is why there are so many positive reviews, it's only to get a free membership! The dancers are hard to follow and never break down any of the moves. The voice instructions do not make sense and the dances do not even match the beats of the songs. The songs are just muzak...
I would love to be able to give it a 3-7 day trial. I have no problem paying for apps I like. I don't like being forced to pay 30-40 (depending on differing offers) dollars a year or 20 for a month for an app that I don't know if I will even be able to use, like, or find useful or not due to mobility issues. The interface was easy enough but without seeing even 1 lesson, I just can't justify paying for this app.
This is a complete scam. I tried it out, thinking I'd stick with it. Cancelled. Was charged twice in a day, two different amounts (maybe so I wouldn't notice?) and then contacted them to try and cancel again, yet today- another month later- I was charged a bunch again two different amounts four separate times of each $20.99 and $28.95. This is a nightmare. I definitely did not purchase that and I've already tried to contact you guys through that email. Everyone go to Trustpilot and see 1 stars
No free trial or sample class...😔 Too expensive/have to purchase too much time without trying it out....I'd get a week subscription, but not a month or year to something I haven't been able to try even one class to make sure it's good for my level....other than those things, it looks really fun and like something I'd stick with....actually there should be more body shapes, goals, degrees of health/fitness/strength.....and there should be some EASY classes for those who are REALLY out of shape!
There was no free trial option. Unable to connect to TV. Refuse to provide refund. Offered "appreciation" if I use it for 20 days straight when I already clearly indicated that I can't connect to TV and it's challenging to follow with the phone. I was really excited about this... But now... It's just bad service... So my suggestion?? Do not pay for this and make sure you get the free trial (this was NOT an option when I signed up).
Many of the dance videos are voiced-over, missing the original audio. This would be okay if it didn't ALSO cause syncing issues with the music which are hard for me to dance along to – the instructor will be doing one thing, but they'll be off the beat of the song playing because the song isn't the same one the dancer was listening to in the studio. This causes a huge disconnect between my eyes, ears, and hands/legs. There are a few videos that don't have this issue, so it's worthy of 2 stars.
the classes the offer definitely have a wide range of types and time periods, and level of difficulty which i enjoy. however I don't like how there are free classes suggested, that aren't actually free. no matter what you press, they each inquire you to pay to begin. the prices are not bad, but if your someone like me who doesn't have any change to spare, this unfortunately is not the place for you. I wish it were more affordable like initially suggested within the app.
You have to pay for EVERYTHING. No free trial to see if you like it, not even a singular free session or class. EVERYTHING is behind a paywall. Immediately uninstalled the app. You can get 7 days free if you leave a positive review, but how do I know it's any good in order to leave a review if I can't actually do anything until after? Very sketchy...
no trial, aggressive marketing. uninstalled less than 10 minutes after installing. your thumb gets a workout by closing all the 'offers.' when you finally get to the UI, I didn't see anything impressive. it doesn't seem to use current hits that people would want to dance to. apparently there is no trial though because of everything I clicked on to get a feel for it popped up multiple windows to subscribe.
