Description
Been using Daniel Tiger’s Storybooks for a couple months now. It’s basically a collection of interactive storybooks for kids, featuring the characters from the Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood TV show. Pretty solid app if you’ve got little ones who like that show.
Here’s what you do: you can read through the stories, which have narration, animations, and little mini-games related to the theme. There’s also a couple different reading modes – you can have Daniel read the book to you or read it yourself. And the stories cover all sorts of little life lessons like sharing, being a helper, and dealing with new siblings.
Look, if you’ve got young kids who are into Daniel Tiger, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the mini-games can get repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job of keeping them entertained and learning. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Daniel Tiger's Storybooks. I've tested a bunch of kids' learning apps and this one's actually pretty solid. The stories are cute and engaging, and I like that they cover important life skills in a fun way. And the interactive elements help keep kids interested too. But it's not without its issues - the games can get old fast and the production values aren't the highest. Still, if you're looking for a good way to get your little one into reading and learning, this is a pretty good option.
