Been using Dash Cam Travel — Car Camera for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that turns your phone into a dash cam, so you can record video while you drive. Pretty solid app if you’re into capturing the craziness that happens on the road.

Here’s what you do: you just open the app and it starts recording everything in front of you. There’s also an option to overlay speed, location, and other info on the video – that’s pretty cool. And you can set it to record in the background so it doesn’t interrupt your other apps.

Look, if you’re into road trips or want to have proof in case of an accident, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the video quality could be better and the storage fills up fast – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Dash Cam Travel — Car Camera. I've tested a bunch of dash cam apps and this one's pretty good. It's got all the basic features you'd expect - records video, overlays data, runs in the background. The video quality is decent, not amazing but good enough for most use cases. What I like is how easy it is to use, doesn't take much fiddling to get it set up. Only real downside is the storage fills up faster than I'd like, but you can always just offload the videos.
