The content is great. The app struggles during screen casting. There is a Chromecast option, but it is "grayed out" majority of time. It's hit or miss to have the Chromecast button work. A lot of times I'm doing my workout while following along on my phone rather than my TV because the Chromecast option isn't working, or the app can't function while screen casting. Please fix the Chromecast option because that works great when it's available.

I really want to like the app. However, when you are wanting to get into a workout rhythm, having too put up with constant technical errors with the app and website leads to discouragement. I have more problems with this thing recording workouts properly and casting to my Chromecast, it's just ridiculous. Support tries to help, key word "tries", but you get discouraged with them too when they try to ask you do dumb stuff like "is your TV turned on?" (that's an exaggeration, but you get my !)

I want to start off by saying I'm blown away by how much this app offers! But the downtime is starting to get really annoying. 2 Fridays in a row I got the "Update to current version" message only to not be able to update anything or log into the web version as a work around. Before that, there was a problem with casting. (that has since been fixed) I have a schedule I'm trying hard to stick to but when the app isn't available, I'm stuck skipping my workout altogether and that just leads to.....

In general one of the best fitness programs I have used. I would give a full 5 stars except for some of the app functionality is off; the calendar won't sync to your phone/Google calendar. Also, it would be nice for it to sync into tracking systems like Google Fit, as right now you have to manually put in any workouts you do into other tracking apps.

RAD app that's really helping. Just wish it wasn't SO EXPENSIVE. And it really needs a reset option for those of us that have fallen off track and get back into it. I know I missed my old workouts, so I'm no longer on week 4, I need to go back to week 1. Other than that and the price, this app is completely amazing, I love it, and will continue to use it every day!

Tons of info. Tons of recipes. Tons of workouts. Do wish it was easier to enter information. Most of it works ok but trying to get the spots to open is challenging. example is using the slider for pain tracker. Wish it was enter a number like on the weight and inches page. also, it's slow to load but that might be due the enormous amount of information and videos in the app. overall, i like it a lot and it does help.

Overall good. I wish the app was available on the Microsoft Surface so I could use it on a larger screen. The app can run slow with wifi. I do like all the new videos and workouts. A nice variety. It would be nice if there was a brief description for each workout, so you would know if it is a lot of standing or a lot of crunches, etc. All in all I am down 15 lbs since using it, so i'm happy!

I spent time watching the ads, being skeptical, thinking it was like all other programs. I was wrong, its more than an exercise app, its a mindset app. All the videos, talks, exercises and tutorials aren't just for teaching you proper workouts, they are also tools to get your mind right and focused. The workout gains and progress are fantastic, but how i approach life and stress along with day to day life has changed too. I think im more grateful and happy about the later. Get this app!

I've always said if I had someone to tell when to exercise and what to do I would do it, well, this app does that and more!! Videos, documentaries, a really motivating point system, the ability to sync a heart rate monitor...the list goes on! AND I have this app on my smart TV for when I workout at home 💪🏻 I can't say enough good things 😆 stop reading reviews, get a membership, change your life 💥 BANG 💥

Excellent app. Well organized and has everything DDPY in one place. Love the heart rate monitor integration into the workouts and tracking. Tracks all aspects of fitness and progress including blood sugar, A1C, and blood pressure. Still learning of course, and I did not see a nutrition tracker where you can record and track meals. it does allow you to select, perform, and track every DDPY program and even has a customized program which is a great feature.

Such a great and easy way to get active, and stay with the program. A currated workout routine is set for you, at your own level, and having the means to keep track of your progress and have the full list of workouts at your fingertips makes a world of difference. Having a nutrition section with a ton of healthy recipes, and a ton of motivational videos all in app makes it a truly exceptional experience. Couldn't recommend it enough.

The program is a great intro to yoga, but I don't think this app is for me. There's A LOT going on here with a scoreboard, recipes/nutrition, "live" classes, and more. That's fine for some, but I'd prefer a slightly cheaper "Lite" version that's basically just a simple video library and program to follow. There's just more going on here than I want to engage with. Again, not a knock on the program at all, but this app style just isn't for me. I use a very simple app for strength training, too.

I have tried and tried and tried and tried to cancel my app membership on your website. I can't even get to my account!! It's just stuck on the last workout and I can't get past that screen. Even if I log out and back in it does the same thing. Absolutely, ridiculous!! And no email for be to email you?? So now I have to call customer service. Unacceptable! It shouldn't be this hard to cancel a membership!

My biggest wish is that this had an option for portrait mode, but overall this is functional and I've never had any issues. I find it easier to connect to and cast from a device than from a computer, though both work. It could use some tweaks, and is a bit slower at times - and more than once I've lost my workout bonus because it glitched? - but even so I think it goes the job it's tasked for.

Total garbage for me. Feel like I was robbed at gunpoint. Subscription doesn't work on Roku that I have. They have a different DDP app and it has a different subscription. I was told to use FireTV stick. I got one. The app is unusable. Crashes constantly. 1 time I was able to get into it, the app was barely usable. Horrible design to navigate and find a workout. When I got a workout it asked if I wanted to download it in high definition. Since when do you need to download something on a streami

DDPY app is an excellent resource. It allows me to maintain my health at my convenience. I can use it on the go when traveling or during breaks at work. There are a wide variety of experience/difficulty levels to choose from ranging from beginner (no experience needed) to expert. Teaching, accountability, and supplemental resources, like recipes, are included. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to take back control of their health and own their own life.

DDPY is a life-changing program. The Now app has everything you need to accomplish your health and wellness goals, plus more! There are hundreds of workouts to choose from, including programs for every age group, and for every level of physical ability. Nutrition is a breeze since there are hundreds of simple recipes, accompanied by videos showing you exactly what ingredients you need and how to prepare them. Tracking is foolproof, as it's all done right in the app. Highly recommend! BANG!

A lot to like, but too often leaves me frustrated. The workouts and tracking features are great. I even try recipes from the nutrition section, but the app is just janky. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it several times over. Despite buying the branded companion heart rate monitor, I have nothing but trouble connecting it (it does seem to want to connect to a neighbor's Samsung oven, so if you work out with one of those you're in luck.

I really love this app and all the workouts. I got this after seeing how this can be like "DDPY PT" when insurance runs out for PT. PT never worked well for my injury (severe TBI) where I essentially had to relearn how to move, and walk. I still have work to do (I haven't had the app a month yet) but I really feel like I can reach my goal with this. it's so awesome!

I love DDPY and even after almost a year and a half, it's still great. I'm stronger and more flexible. The app can be a little clunky and some of the workouts don't have descriptions so I don't always know what I'm going to get. But I can always find an exercise that meets my needs. However with the latest update one of my workouts wasn't recorded and labeled as missed. Maybe it was user error but I'm not sure how I could have deleted it.
