this is easy to use, and if you calibrate it just right, you can get the correct sound

Taking so long to open The interface is a bit primitive. There is no saving option.

Play store says no advertisement in the app while advertisements are being shown in app, what's going on? not recommend to anyone, very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Temu inundated ads once installed and really hard to get out of them. the app worked great the one time I tried it, but uninstalled straight away due to the intrusive ads. I can't find the subscription in my account to cancel so hope they don't take my money! Bought in a rush. lesson learnt.

Doesn't go past 90 DB. Was testing on the range, and every gun maxed out at exactly 90 DB, and guns are louder than that. Below 99, seems to work accurately.

Scummy predatory trial - I didn't say scam, I said scum. As in you, are scum, for having a free trial leading to an expensive subscription for a basic app.

James Murray

Blasts loud unprompted audio ads and the paid version is comically overpriced at US$14 PER WEEK!! Much better alternatives available.

Why on earth would anyone be paying $22 a month for a decibel reader? Why is this a subscription based app? it does one thing, measures volume, it doesn't need constant development and customer service like some apps, it's a one use tool. Never will I ever subscribe to this. outrageous. You can buy a cheap decibel reader from the hardware store for $30 that would work better than this.

We tried it briefly. The cost was prohibitive for occasional use so we cancelled the service. We hope that deleting the app, an email to customer service and this review is sufficient to effect the termination.

Easy to use. Ads are small bars at the bottom and not intrusive. Can get more perks with the paid version, but I like it as is and will pay if needed for the advanced perks
