Have been a paid user for a while, heavily considering finding a new app. The connections to sync my account transactions and etc is always broken, which is quite frustrating half the use of this app is to track my portfolio, how can I do that if connections are constantly broken and sync rarely works

Updating my review. The desktop and web version will not import data from the mobile app. If you set up info. On stocks that you already have to track progress it will be lost unless your portfolio was purchased through delta. Useful tool for new people and I like the app, but if i can't move between mobile and desktop it won't work for me. My phone does not show up as a device on the web app or desktop app. CS was contacted and issue marked Resolved with no assistance.

Has many unpopular crypto coins so you can see a chart of their history. Problem trying to organize coins in watchlist bc you have to hold each a certain length of time instead of clicking an edit button. So it's easy to accidentally move around coins or delete them while at the same time it's hard to intentionally move them or delete them for the same reason.

Pretty good for use as a personal crypto ledger. My main gripe is the lack of support for lesser known and newer coins as well as for the lack of being able to import any coin data through searching for its address like most other apps. On the other hand, I do appreciate that the app remains ad free, and hope it stays that way.

I don't really want all my crypto connections in one place, so I kind of ignore that aspect. I mainly use the app to visualize the value of my reserve-held metals and those I have in my own custody, split into two portfolios. For that, the app is 😙🤌 Love that they track base metals & other commodities. It'd be great to see wine/spirit tracking too. Even just adding manual commodities would enable so many more ways for the app to be used, and help users consolidate their investment indexes.

Pretty great app with many features for tracking your investments. One area that could improve is tracking for transferring money from one portfolio to the next. Currently it's a bit buggy and the calculations don't make sense. As a result, it makes things in the sending portfolio look like huge losses, and things in the receiving portfolio look like insane (thousand to infinite%) gains. Also, it would be really cool if there were a desktop app in the future as phone keyboards are terrible.

Great app for keeping track of cost basis. There are a lot of pro things you have to pay for but most people don't need it, espe ially for $50+ a year. This app gives a TON of notifications about price movements. I limited it to an end of day portfolio notification and significant price changed but still got notifications about 2% changes. Had to turn notifications off completely because they still came.

I tried syncing transactions from two exchanges and the data imported was not even close to accurate. Maybe it's due to the fact I'm a fairly active trader and have transferred across exchanges many times. Maybe it works for hodlers but it's pretty worthless for traders. I then deleted everything and tried adding transactions manually. I was only two transactions into that before I noticed the math was again wrong. I gave up. But at least it's pretty. I think that's most important to Delta.

I'd give it a five stars. The portfolio tracker made the job really easy to track my crypto investments and making decisions about trades. The interface has improved a lot and love it. The support is definitely five stars. When I switched my phone from iPhone to Android, I lost all my data. Its my mistake I forgot to backup Delta app data, and support was kind and professional enough to dig thru and helped me get my data back to new phone.

Can you please stop changing the way we view prices on our portfolio? So irritating. When I click "All" I want to see %up or down based on my purchase price and current value. You also deleted the "total cost" of the coin based on purchase price and total # of coins. Inconsistency makes me look elsewhere.

The app has been great so far, but as of this morning the App is completely frozen at the login screen and can't review balances, changes, etc I am very disappointed in this apps performance lately. It hasn't functioned in a week, it is stuck at sign on or frozen screen at a portfolio and can't select coins or timeframes. With all the volatility in the markets and I can't use this paid subscription App to see my profit, loss, cost basis etc. I will be demanding a refund

I purchased and still pay for the pro subscription. This app makes it extremely easy to track your portfolio and its worth. As well, it provides news, dev updates, and notifications for price swings. That said, however, I use multippe wallets and multiple exchanges. Even with pro, the app fails to recognize when i make exchanges, when i send or recieve money, and even the total balance in my wallet. These are premium features and they hardly work.

Used to be great. Not any more. The math is way off and coin prices don't properly sync. It used to be really fast, but now it bogs down the whole system. Either there were too many features added at once, or the programmers need to clean up their code. Also, there is no decimal, so you can't enter fractions of coins (like .01 BTC), only whole numbers. I thought it would be fixed by now, but after a year it seems they are only interested in selling PRO edition!

Why does your app get worse, with every update, instead of better? Adding more options shouldn't come at the expense of usability. There is a 3-5 second delay, after pressing any button. Just load up the old data, and a progress bar, so the users clicks are acknowledged. Edit: the product is hardly usable. Find an alternative. Dec2021: Never mind. The app got so horrible i uninstalled it. There are a lot of other app that are able to display a line graph that aren't illogical and slow.

DONE! I pay for delta pro, have been for two years. however this is getting annoying. the amount of times that I've had to redo my portfolio because it glitches, shows incorrect coin amounts, adds extras, doubles transactions.... I can understand there will be issues but this is getting out of hand. i pay for the service to track my data historically and having to delete and redo everything because the error cant be found nd the api only goes back so far... fix it or this will be my last year.

I'm not sure if there's a way to transfer your pc profile over to the app. I saw some important options and attempted importing csv from pc but it didn't work. Oh well. It works well. I do have a concern though. The high value in history is throwing me off. Is this all time high within certain term periods? Shouldn't all time period report the highest worth for all time? If I click 3 day, the high is higher than all time. Simply, I want to know my all time high.

Works well. Some stocks are missing from the manual entry which sucks (why can't I just add a ticker, entry/sell price referring to ARKG). Also some widgets would be nice! Can't wait for brokerages to connect for a more complete look at my portfolio. You guys will reach the ultimate level of tracking and usability when you directly allow connection to bank accounts too for tracking those balances better than manually entry so I can get a precise portfolio value

Not even close to the best "free" portfolio app. I'm assuming since I didnt pay for it? But I had all my crypto assets set in it, and I went to use it today, all my assets were deleted. Not only that, but it gives an error when trying to pull data from News and Exchanges. Theres better out there, this ain't one of them.

Seemed like a cool app. The subscription isn't overly priced and the UI is beautiful. But they have too many unnecessary extras. I don't need to see news, charts, a banner displaying irrelevant info. I have apps for all that already. I want to see one thing and one thing alone. My money. My PNL accurately shown based on buy/sell orders not transfers into my wallet. They complicate everything and try to provide all this extra noise so you stay in app longer but for me I just delete the app.

Its ok. I like the quick access to process info and the ability to choose what up first. It's the small things that get me in the end. I don't think the developers get the concept of price charts. A monthly chart usually refers to each candle representing a month; a weekly chart each candle is a week; etc. etc. , but this app shows an x axis of 1 week with unspecified periods for each bar. Theres also no volume metric on the chart which makes the price info kind of useless in traditional TA.
