First time using the Denny's app, and I do love that it shows all the locations that I frequent upon sign up. My only worry is that sometimes the app won't know what to do when I try to go back and edit an order, or when I try to add on additional items after creating an order. When this happens, it will kick me all the way back to the delivery or Pickup option screen, which can make ordering frustrating. Hopefully this issue can be fixed to streamline ordering.

love this app... hate that it's not linked to the restaurant well enough to know it's closed. Have ordered three times overnight from the local 24 hour restaurant only to show up and it was closed for "maintenance ". Refunds were given by it wasn't easy. App itself is laid out well, intuitive and allows for customizing. I'm sure it works great when the restaurant on the other end is actually open.

I'm having the same issue that all of the previous complaints are having! It kept making me sign in & deleting my order! It's VERY frustrating!!! I finally got fed up & made my order on the website. I'm deleting the app because it's currently useless and just taking up storage space on my phone! Please fix it! It took over a half an hour to get my order in and there was no reason it should have taken so long!

Attempted to place a delivery order yesterday. I entered my payment information and was told that the payment didn't process due to a billing address error. I entered the address again, tried again. Same error. Closed the app, cleared the cache. Same error. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same error. I eventually ordered from a different restaurant with no issues. I woke up today with 7 identical charged on my credit card, for food I never received, adding up to almost 400.00!

It won't let you see it unless you are going to place an order. HOW STUPID!!!!! Also, it won't let you pick a favorite location. I believe I may be in total agreement with the other poor reviews after I try it. This is very user unfriendly. Even Wendy's, McDonald's Domino's, etc allow you to view the menu first. Tried ordering. every time you click on bag to finish order, it takes you to your account and makes you log in won't go anywhere. had to order through website. don't waste your time.

I clicked out of the app and now my meal prep time is gone. Hmmm, um, I might not work in app programming but I'd think that making sure something like this doesn't happen would be a high priority thing to not let happen. I don't know, just a thought. Hmmmm. No I don't have an account, but you allow for order via guest so kind of odd that I click out of the app and my order is all gone. Maybe hire better workers for your app than the bargain bin ones you got, pendejos

It takes so long to order anything through this app. Its terrible! Nothing is grouped well. There are items in the wrong categories. And you can't order anything they sell through the app, it has a limited menu. The biggest issue is that it f o r e v e r to order anything. So many hoops to jump through. The person creating content for this needs to be fired and hire someone that understand the concept of "using the app for convenience".

Your app doesn't let me choose a location. A map pops up and no matter what I do it will not let me choose a location. The list of locations is behind the map. I can't access them because the map is in the way. Also your location on Blue Ridge Boulevard said we had to use the app to get free birthday breakfast. It does work. So long to you and your app. We will not be back.

Looks okay, but if you try to use a reward by opening it and then close it for whatever reason (or the app crashes), the app apparently assumes you used the reward, and you can't reopen it if you didn't use it at that very moment. Because of this functionality, I missed out on being able to redeem a reward and had to pay full price. For Denny's, that works out great, but for the consumer, not so much. Left me irritated.

Glitches! Will often let you go thru entire ordering process. Only to get a message at the very end saying credit cards arent supported at this location. What!?! How can I place an online order if I can't use a credit card? So frustrating. So it just happened to me at a location in Barstow, CA. I then went and placed the exact same order, using the exact same credit card thru the website using my phone's browser. And the order went thru fine. The app is a waste of time & space. Just go online.

Twice now I have removed the tip before placing an order and both times I got charged 20%. I KNOW i removed the tip both times, it could have been user error but that means that they don't make it easy to remove the tip. Also, a wrong item was given when we picked up the food. The receipt sent to my email shows the correct item was ordered, but, the receipt attached to the bag showed the item was changed. Out of 5 items, 4 were correct and 1 was changed to a different random item.

The rewards option no longer works! Used to be able to get a discount, but no options are available to choose from. All gone since app update. The food ready indicator always stuck on preparing. Never know it's ready except going in and waiting. The rewards part is not sync up with app. Wants me to sign in when I am already signed into app. They seem to operate separately, hence no rewards options. Usually there is a discount if you order a higher amount. Everything is gone! Wish it was fixed

I hate their app. It's bulky and slow. Whenever you add an item to the cart it takes you back to the home page instead of where you were ordering from ìn the menu. Took forever to order 3 breakfast sides. Also, why is a grand slam almost $4 more than a super slam? That doesn't make sense. Either lower the prices a bit or add some specials to the menu. Thanks

this last update screwed up my account. I logged in earlier just fine. I come back to the app after about an hour to redeem a reward, but it forced me to take the update first. It updates no errors. When I try to sign in, the app tells me I need to reset my password.. which is usually no big deal.. but it seems now I'm stuck in a reset password loop that doesn't change my password at all, rendering my account useless...

Terrible new system. I like the system they had before the app. I always had rewards to use and didn't need to do any logging in with the actual restaurant. I tried using the new app today. The QR Code wouldn't scan and employees had no idea how to enter in my phone number, so I couldn't get the sign up offer. And I lost all my other rewards with the transition. The lack of rewards will definitely affect how often I dine at Denny's.

This app does not work. There are deal options such as the chicken strips that won't let you add it to the cart because you must pick a side but there isn't an option to choose. I finally placed my order even though it wasn't everything I wanted. The app said finished but the restaurant didn't have the order. It printed up while I was standing there. There was a guy sitting at the counter who apparently also ordered through the app 30 min before and the restaurant never got his order.

Asked me to update my password. Ok, updated my password. Then I'm told the system has been updated, and my password needs to be changed. Ok... tried again, got the go ahead that everything is fine, try logging in, SAME NONSENSE OVER AND OVER. That is a huge bug that needs to be addressed. Why, after changing my password, jumping through all the hoops, do I need to do it AGAIN, and STILL I can't log in! Beyond aggravated.

You're app sucks! I had a birthday reward plus 2 other rewards on the app when I was home. I went to your restaurant to redeem it and the app would not access any rewards. My name was on the title page, but the rewards page was asking me to sign in, which it wouldn't let me do. I logged out and signed back in, and all the rewards were gone. Thanks for nothing.

I used this app before the update and I enjoyed how easy it was to get deals. They switched to a point reward system, since I guess it's more profitable. It sucks that NONE of the coupons and offers I had carried over though. I lost my birthday offer and I had almost two more weeks to redeem it. It’s the one offer that I've waited a year for. :(

I was able to place an order - eventually. But I did come across a super annoying bug that I had to bypass first. I was trying to order a specific item, but every time I clicked on it, the app would redirect me to confirming my pickup restaurant, and then when I did that it would drop me back on the menu again instead of at my items page. It did this several times until I forced stopped the app, and reopened it. Then it acted right.
