This app collects a vast amount of health metrics and data from its users only to give back less than minimal insights. I can only assume that the actual data is sold off for profit by the company. Do not even bother installing this app as there is almost no usable data provided to the user. Which is such a shame because of how convenient it would have been to access your own real time logged blood sugar data. It is sad to see such waste of potential.

Kinda worthless in the long run, due to various updates being pushed. The phone running this app has a message saying it's incompatible, since last update, all the while the phones with the 'follow app' are still able to receive this information, thus the app is still functioning, regardless of incompatibilty, but due to incompetence by the developers it is unable to display said info and rather is stuck with an 'incompatible' screen. Clearly Dexcom is not a company to be trusted with security.

You can't access the history before the current day. You can't access reports and configure reports for example, for 2 weeks, 30 days, 60, 90 days in real time via the app. The Freestyle Libre app is better.

Pointless, clunky and dated. Thinks pdf exports are better than just seeing things in the normal reader. They removed a host of features (week/month/90 day average etc) from later readers just to push this thing. Then stopped supporting it. Login still broken. Support has no idea how to fix anything, so is only worthwhile contacting if you wish to waste time. They will run you through pointless steps then blame someone else. Only Dexcom things go wrong, but its your pet cat at fault.

it's really useful and handy, but I find things missing from the reports that I think would really be useful. for example, the number of units of insulin administered every day and the average per day over a reporting period. I get so tired of fighting with the VA to justify getting more insulin than what I get. every 90 days I have to jump through hoops to get an expedited delivery through several people. It would document where it all is going.

When it works, it has some wonderful information analysis options and charts. Recently they've increased the security so much that I don't even have a way to figure out my username so it's useless to me. I reported it and nothing happens, so it's almost like not having anything if I can't log in. Already contacted support once. I need to try again.

I've been using Dexcom's ONE+ since July yet Clarity only has 31 days of recorded data? it shows just 2 of the 7 devices I've used in nearly 3 months and the previous one+ that is shown from 14th August is listed as an unknown device? Bizarrely my best day is listed as being 10th Sept when this app claims to have no data or device details stored? . This is typical of Dexcom, superb hardware let down by flaky, & ridiculously unreliable software.

Can't log in. Worked once, but it wants me to log in every time I want to use it. The saved password does not work, and today, I can't even press "log in" after manually inserring login details. I click it, and nothing happens. How come you guys are way more expensive than Freestyle Libre and way less reliable?

Have been using a couple of years now and I love the new upgrade. It gives so much more useful information. The biggest problem I have since the upgrade is that it is very slow moving from one place to the next, such as adding a glucose incident, until it comes up on my smartphone. Also, my Clarity app seems to never update in a timely manner for reports. When does the data update happen? I have gone for days sometimes, when I have needed it for my doctor's appointment, before it updates.

The app seems fine and the reports are nice. But what I would really like is for that data to be available for download. The CSV that gets generated only has the glucose values, but not the meal data, etc. Having that data would be very useful for me. FreeStyle does provide that data... It's also a bit odd I need two apps for this, why can't this be combined with the Dexcom G7 app?
