It's ok but it often puts my phone on Do Not Disturb mode for no good reason and is missing key features. Show the BG numerical value in the status bar at the top instead of the useless persistent icon in that spot. Show the BG value on the Always on Display so you don't need to wake up your phone to see it. Add a home screen widget. The BG in the notification panel gets buried under other notifications and is hard to find when I need it. Add watch integration.

It turns Do Not Disturb on after an alert, without you knowing it, so you may some very important calls. I reported this issue and was told to report it. THERE IS NO WAY to do that, the hyperlink took me to International support, I am in the USA, ans when I tried US support the form uses selections to route you through the form and "the Dexcom app does..." is not one of the options. I really want to like this, fix the app and trouble reporting, and it is a 4-5 star app.

Phone app sucks half the time. It always seems to take either 5 seconds to find the pairing or 5 minutes with little inbetween. My ilet connects faster even if I try connecting with my phone first. Honestly if it weren't for the Clarity app part that makes it so I can share my readings with my endocrinologist I would have uninstalled this app entirely.

Ever since switching to the newest one I've had nothing but problems. I've had to replace it multiple times, so I won't have enough to get me through til I get more. I have had to go to the hospital for skin infections. Most recently the past two days it keeps saying my numbers are below 50 but when I check with my finger sticks I'm in range. So I'm near having a panic attack from something with this thing since the upgrade. What is going on???? Oh and it 50% of the time keeps disconnecting

Garbage. does not work on the Samsung Fold 7 at least here in the US. the phone is listed as compatible but the app says it's not. Dexcom is to slow to support Android devices at the app works on iOS 26 already. We pay to much money for this product for the level of software support we get. I won't even start with the communication issues to the app when the damn app works. Better be better of I am taking my business back to competitor.

The z fold 7 and android os 15 or above is not compatible despite being listed as compatible on their website. No telling when this issue is being resolved could take months per customer service. Time to move on to a product that can keep up with innovations .Their receiver which is the alternative is under recall and no one will sell it. Time to find a more reliable device.

going back to freestyle libre I can't with the constant sensor failure. I do appreciate the shorter time that the sensor is on but I just can't they fail too damn much. it's a hassle to have to call them and wait on hold to get a new one it's a hassle to have to send them back the old one. Idjust rather deal with freestyle. I have two more g7s left and after I use those if they even work I'm done

It's been pretty good until recently. Alert sounds are not working properly. they are just a whisper of a sound. I'm thankful that I have a receiver I can carry. if not for that, I wouldn't know I have a low. I have tried everything. Ali sounds from all other apps work just fine. it is the Dexcom G7 app with the issue. it needs to be fixed before someone dies from not getting an alert!

So here's my problem, I replaced my note 10 and Note 20 with an S25 Edge and an S25 Ultra. The Ultra works most of the time, but your App DOES NOT, Edge is not supported at all. Which left me with having to install on my work phone (thanks boss for allowing the breech in security), which of course is less than ideal. Even with that I have had 2 sensors fail in less than 10 days.

First time user, I find it really frustrating that the slide bar to look at previous readings in the graph doesn't work. This doesnt allow for tracking unless you stare at it constantly. The only number I can see is the current reading, period. My partner can look on his iphone and see exactly what my numbers were at a particular time.

I would have rated this app 4 stars up until the last update, when the time range shown in the graph started defaulting to 3 hours and there is still no option to set a preferred range. The 12 hour default worked for me so I did not mind that the user can't set their preference. If there is a way to set it myself, I'd be happy to give another star. Pixel 7a

what happened to my notifications??? we heavily rely on this app to work 24/7 365 and the last 3 days, we aren't getting any notifications at night when our little girl goes high. I'm in IT and this should be a super easy fix with an update to let us choose how to manage notifications. yes there are some options to help with notifications but, there absolutely needs to be an option that allows for the user to use their own sounds so we can wake up and give insulin. Can this please happen? ASAP?

The first 1 sensor worked great (on my 4th/28 days). My next 3 not so great. The app keeps losing a signal. Then, it's unable to reconnect unless I disconnect Bluetooth. Then, I can't get it to reconnect often. Then I have to uninstall the app (3 times today). And you have to watch the entirety of the videos each time. I am not a happy customer.

it's okay when it works. but they don't keep up with Android updates so it periodically stops working or goes berserk due to incompatibility issues. I've had to take a break from it after it freaked out and was reporting double my true glucose values after an android update. I figure they may eventually update the app and then I'll use it again. re: the response. if it takes up to several months to update to work w/android, you may be just in time for the next Android version to come out.

The app and device are impressive, but there are times when the meter readings are significantly inaccurate. They may be too low or excessively high, and when I check my levels with fingersticks, I notice that the Dexcom meter is not in the correct range. Due to these inaccuracies, I am unable to calibrate it properly. Although I appreciate the convenience of not having to use fingersticks and the benefit of continuous monitoring, these accuracy issues need to be addressed or resolved.

Worked ok for a while. Reports on the user and follower apps are vastly inferior to those from Libre. Now, the sensors keep failing to complete the setup. Just wasted three sensors, and it's still not working. I've gone 24 hours without CGM. Process for reporting the problem and getting replacements has been unhelpful. With Libre, I called and they mailed me a replacement overnight. I completed the online form with Dexcom and have heard nothing.

Alerts and control are a problem. When an alert goes off, whatever you are listening to will go full volume with the music and then stop the music you were listening to. This hurts my ears, annoys people around me and then I have to reset my music. PLUS, we can bolus from the app with a password but we don't have the ability to clear an alert. Most of the time, if I'm going to Mobile bolus, the pump is tucked away where I can't get to it easily but I have to so I can stop those alert problems

The difficulty is the visuality of the glucose readings. I can only see a dot graph, and that condensed down to a 24 hour period is very messy. Also the in range readings take up a small portion of the graph vertically which makes it hard to read as well. it would be nice if if the in range readings could take up most of the vertical space, and they added room for flexibility if the readings go too far above range. No zoom in feature and no ability to view readings after the fact.

been using Dexcom 6 for years, just started on G7, i was disappointed they have not changed the app to allow for pinch and zoom. very common for diabetics to have eye problems. I know there are accessibility options on the phone. but those are either on or off and I don't need them all the time. I just need to be able to zoom in on some of the text to read what it's telling me. seems like a simple solution. on a positive note, you can now do a screen shot. which is a work around

Doesn't work with pixel 9 pro. Edit: dexcom did indeed release the app for the pixel 9 and they did manage to do it in a fairly reasonable time frame. I do think their development team should make sure it works on more Android devices than it does. Despite the fact that the app is constantly running in the background if you lose your data connection it seems to glitch saying that it needs data "check your phone's compatibility". Okay dexcom, if you say so.
