Excellent app for clinicians. You can quickly look up differential diagnosis.

Every patient has one principle presenting problem, often the chief complaint, around which a differential diagnosis must be built. This app is really helpful in filling out that differential. Worth the $6.

I can't use it even though I purchased it. It doesn't accept any search, it simply says "no results found"

Bought the old one they broke it to make you buy the new one and the new one doesnt even work. Dont waste your money or time on this.

The functtion of this app is tremendously slow. It is unusable right now. I will try some, but it is getting to a point where i will be asking for a refund

Own this app. They intentionally broke it on new android (net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME), and now they want me to buy it again. This could be fixed by the developer in 20 min, but then you wouldn't have to rebuy an app you already paid for.

Much improved since my last review. It's quick, updates are prompt, and a good concise clinical bedside companion.

Good app for thinking about differentials. I would pay extra if it connected to a database with more info about each condition, e.g., suggested test panels/workups.

I like this app, but it now takes me to an error page each time I click on an entry. It's become unusable. I'll rate 5 stars if I'm allowed to use stuff I already paid for.

It's a good resource for making sure you cover all your bases l, but it keeps asking me to log in and blocking me from the content for no reason. Avoid if you hate constant updates.

These people are thieves, I bought this app a long time ago and when they decided to update it, they locked many people out and pretend that we must download the older version coz this version is different, and that its not their problem if we can't find it but Google's problem.

Worst experience using a medical app. Since my initial purchase this is the second time I have had to contact support. First time I was forced to create an unbound account then said account expired in 2019 (why?!) And now I'm stuck having to ask them to fix this again. What a HASSLE. The tool is good but the service is the worst. They try to get you to but it again and again, of course it would be easier to pay 6 bucks again and not have to deal with them.

I bought this app previously with an Apple device and was told I had to repurchase it via Play. I have downloaded it again, however the app has prevented me from making any new purchases and therefore from using the content. The customer service team have been unhelpful and repeated that I should repurchase the app on the play store however they don't seem to be aware that I cannot seem to do this. Previously found this to be useful in my practice but will no longer be recommending to others

Very irritating. As other reviewers mentioned, after paying for the app and using it for a short period of time, I've had issues signing in. New updates forcing me to re download the app and saying that I am not registered despite doing this in the past. Definitely not worth the money. I wish I had listened to the reviews before purchasing this horribly unreliable app.
