I love Dickeys but the app won't let you sign up for an account and it's difficult to even get through the process to that point. I try again every couple months and with an iPhone or Android but to no avail. I saw there was a new app and it had just been updated but it still has all the same problems. The error messages are too vague and meaningless to help the customer. I work in IT and have even built sign up pages. I know how to sign up for an account. They need new app developers.

Like others have reported, the Android version of the app doesn't work for me. All I get is four information panels but it won't open up to the rest of the app's functionalities so it is useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the same thing happens. I have also contacted Dickey's Customer Service email but never got a reply. Very disappointing as I would like to order items from the Local Favorites menu on the app. Dickie's needs to be more responsive to fix the issue.

When we joined, there were QR codes on the receipts, but the code scan never worked. Entering receipts is a pain & often doesn't go through. I tried writing to the app email address listed in the app, but it kicked back as undeliverable. I gave 2 stars more for the food than the app. The food's great. The app sucks.

Can't believe they released this app. Took a whole afternoon of errors and coming back and trying again to order dinner. Finally got the cart filled then it wouldn't let me choose a pickup time, hour later it let me but then wouldn't process my card, and on and on. The website was even worse. That atrocious, madness inducing, hypertension generator was just plain broken. FINALLY was able to place an order on the app so two stars. Fingers crossed there's an order to pick up when I get there.

Everytime I've used the app, paid, and follow the food tracker. None of it goes through to the store! The food tracker is a lie, and im always showing them what i ordered and paid for, so im waiting for them to make the order once i arrive at the pick up time. 4th time this has happened, im literally in the dickies writing this review lol. But got using the app is how you get and use points. So, don't have much of a choice. This is a review of the app, not the food. The food is great.

Overall easy & nice experience. I enjoy having a photo of every menu item. However, in my case, for side bread, you're forced to pick from three choices.. But are only actually able to select one of the three-the others are grey. I really wanted the other two so I called the store to ask & they just aren't carried at that store. That's fine, but I had already selected my store when ordering so I don't think I should have been taunted with those better options I can't have! Check-out was a breeze

Always a problem. Every time I use this app, I hit a snag. Whether it's inputting my credit card, setting the pick-up time, choosing a location...there is always something. Sometimes out of frustration I just cancel the order altogether or order in the store instead. And since the app requires an update nearly every week, it should be free of glitches.

I get so frustrated every time I try to place an order Ihave given up multiple times. The most frustrating, when trying to pay by card is the app telling you that there are no saved cards. Even though you know you did save it. And then manually typing in your card info, only for the app to tell you your card is associated with a different account. Turns out the problem is that the cards are saving ... You can see them online ... But you cannot see or use saved cards through the app.

Literally the worst app. Unable to make a payment at all! I could deal with the lag, issues with adding a promo code, etc. But it kept telling me to add a payment, while displaying the card information I already had on file with them 🙃 After 20 minutes of fighting with this app, I gave up. There's always issues ordering online on a browser as well. So in summary, it's impossible to ever order from Dickey's.

Not great. Having to choose a window instead of just ordering for ASAP incentivizes using a third party app instead. There's also no way to redeem rewards for delivery orders, which seems a little dumb. There were also several available options that were grayed out/unselectable for no discernable reason. Lastly, when I tried to apply my reward, it made me start my order from scratch to do so, and then it didn't even work. Also logged me out? Not a good app experience overall.

Definently a bit difficult to start up. Got into this app via tmobile tuesday, but then had problems redeeming because you need to use the website to redeem it instead of the app. This is only if you made or have a pre existing account. Also making the account is something of a chore. Once you get past that, however, has a fairly intuitive interface and ordering system. Except the loyalty area, it's alright.

Took 40 minutes to do an order. First put in the order as delivery then went all the way thru to find out there was no delivery available and instead of just changing from delivery to pick up the order had to be completely deleted and had to start all over. We were real close to not even ordering because it was so diffucult to navigate. The app needs a ton of work. Dickies has awesome food and would hate for them to lose business because of this.

I've spent the past 15 minutes trying, and I am unable to order food with this app. I had trouble selecting my store, both from putting in zip code and selecting on map. I chose delivery, but couldn't get a menu to appear. I chose curbside and got a menu. I entered my order and it said there was a problem, but wouldn't tell me what. I give up.

Useless app. No curbside pick up available even though they have it as an option and have you add your vehicle make and model. The update status of the order doesn't work either. It never switched from saying my order was in the que to being made. I had to call and my order was probably sitting ready for over a half an hour. The store couldn't have cared less about it and basically said don't use the app. Doesn't seem to be a very well ran company. 1st and last time ordering from here.

I can order food from different locations, but I cannot use my rewards points! The app flashes an error, saying it has logged me out every time I try to use a reward...but it hasn't actually signed me out, still allowing me to order/pay regularly. I have also tried to redeem my rewards in person, using the scan code...I have been told, from more than 1 location, they have no idea how to redeem my rewards this way....

The app doesn't work at all! I can't even put in a location to order at! Keeps saying "something went wrong" yeah your app went wrong. Then when I go to the store and say what I want and that I want the app special that is advertised, I get told we can only do that through the app. Well I would if it let me! So annoying...this is how you lose business!

I run into the same problem ad others. It errors our when I try to use a gift card, when I just try to use my debit card, when I try to redeem rewards that I have already wasted points on & don't ever get back. It's a really bad app that needs major work. Not everyone can just drive to the nearest location and you can only redeem your points in the store or on the app. Not over the phone. It's sad because I have a $50 gift card that I will never likely get to use.

Not a great experience at all. Been there a few times and the food has been great, but their app does not live up to the same expectations. We made an order which included an item reward cashed in by using 70 points (which takes $70 to get there) and it failed to order because the credit card security code was misentered by a digit. We fixed the digit and then it said the promo reward was already used even though order was still in the cart. Calling the store confirmed there was no order came through and nothing they could do (need to call corp). Then saw charge on card. Still, store and app both show no orders ever went through. Had to call the bank. Reached out to corp about points. Nothing. So now out of $70 worth of points, having to call the bank, and no order. Not impressed at all, and won't be going back there again.

App is convenient & works well, but prices seem to be higher in the app, which is messed up, as it should be the other way around (especially when you're picking up...c'mon Dickey's)! Best place your order at least an hour before close. If the store isn't busy they usually close early and you may not get your food. I've had to get my money refunded a few times over the past year, but usually the food & service is on point if you don't wait til the last minute.

The app has not worked since the last several updates for me. Can't find locations, can't order online, can't see my rewards points, can't redeem points. I would eat there more, but the app makes it difficult. They are literally losing money from not fixing these issues that just seem to get worse every time you use it. This has been going on for years, and I have missed out on so many rewards points. The food is great, but the app is so frustrating that I go somewhere else.
