Downloaded the app, but I will not stay open,. Clicked on it, it opens, then closes by itself.

Its ok only downfall is that it has to many manufacturer specific faults and wont describe them which in a paccar its half the issue

Had this DD since I purchased KW T680 paccar mx-13 and it's been pretty good until I REALLY NEEDED IT, it will regen trucks have a manual regen button also which I just noticed is the exact same function, if you derate or need any type of reset THIS WILL NOT WORK the Kenworth Baytown dealership told me laughing at me like "Sucker" you brought that and still got to pay us, $495 scan ok fixed still derate, $495 scan clean EGR still derate, this DD will not help in limp mode and DL want $ for trou

Tons of bugs. Lot of potential but the app seriously needs an overhaul.

After last update, disconnecting from device all the time, so far unusable

Downloaded the app, but no dpf, def regen options are listed. I just ordered the device, will it change after I connect to it or I just throw my money for a code reader?

I just received the device and downloaded this app. The app itself is not working; every time I open it, it crashes immediately.

Same as previous review. I have downloaded the app and it will not open stating it has a bug. I can't rate it because I can't even get it to open.

After a few issues at first and a couple phone calls everything seems fine. Customers service was great to work with. Thanks

Installed it. Many times. I had a message that the app has a bug. and ir has not bee fixed by the owner! Lost my time.

it mostly does as described. Clears codes, with a monthly sub, but the filter install and reset does nothing. I had my dpf and doc cleaned, put them back on, and tried both. Those commands do not work. Also, when running a forced regen, if your phone or tablet puts the app to sleep, the regen will terminate. Make sure you are keeping your device active, and this app open, the entire time.

App Good Tool Not. Nice easy to use app. The tool does not have enough vechlies it supports. No Powerstroke,no RAM, no Duramax.

There was an issues I've had in the past with this app, the developers reached out and helped to resolve the issues! Great customer service! I have no complaints about the app or the product! Definitely worth their weight in gold! Great investment!
