Wish I didn't have to give a star. I have had an on going issue with this application not sending notes. I have emailed tech support back and forth over 20 times and no one seems to have a solution other than to reinstall the applications with the latest version, which I have done multiple times. I would expect some sort of support for a paid service, I mean they did offer me a free month which was useless since the app didn't work. I feel like no one on their support team has any sort of expertise here, also on multiple occasions, I noticed that the support team does not read the emails. I mentioned one thing they responds to something completely different. Honestly tried I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially over the 20 plus emails between me and the tech support team but I got no where. This application is a complete waste of money and time. I would suggest you stay clear, they are just taking people's money and running a scam.

Just another money-hungry dating app. Will occasionally send false notifications (straight up lie to you) about receiving likes and matches just to get you to click in, only to find that you haven't actually received anything. Matched with/got "liked" by only one person in two months, despite updating every couple of weeks or so. Don't waste your time—you can meet more people just attending events in your area for a LOT cheaper.

It's okay, wish it had an option to set a distance in the filter because most people I've matched lives so far away and I'm not here looking for "long distance relationship". Also, for some reason, I can't see any private messages I receive. I get a notification in the email, but I can't see any of the messages so someone who's paying a premium membership thinking they're able to send someone a direct message but they don't know that the other person can't view their messages. Sucks!

Overall bad experience - premium version is super expensive ( $50+) and free version is plain bad. Poorly made glitchy app, customer care wasn't knowledgeable at all. To be fair, they have quality profiles in the US. So that's a plus but it's not true for India. Specifically, 1. Despite multiple tries my profile pics weren't visible. 2. My matches ( both parties accepted / matched) weren't visible. 3. Recently, I couldn't even like any profile( not even 1) & it's not cause of Ltd ppl.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. It's WAY expensive and has a decent pool, but after 2 months, I open the app and it never loads to show me anything, despite getting notifications. I was charged for a renewal of my subscription despite spending TWO MONTHS back and forth emailing them without successful troubleshooting. I'm being charged for an app I can't even open! It's absurd to charge that amount for an app that has so many bugs and with a customer service team that's so unresponsive and unhelpful!

the app is extremely slow, and gets stuck a lot. if I get a match, for some reason the matches do not appear immediately in the matches section. if they do, you select them and nothing happens! The profile kmages just shake a bit at their place and thats it. Its like the app is not in a mood tk let me talk with my matches! I had two matches today, and I cant see them anywhere. not even in my 'likes given' section. It's ridiculously frustrating.

UX/UI needs a lot more fine tuning. Pictures get stuck in between, my likes go missing when I check in "Profiles you've liked" section, lot of advertisement about the paid version & most features are locked up under that now. So pretty much nothing else to do except for swiping until you get a match. Sometimes I don't even get the 10 likes per day, expires before that. From what I gather, the algorithm isn't doing much to connect people who I've liked & vice versa, so very rarely I get a match.

I used there one month premium membership. Saying it was overpriced is an understatement. Paying 35$ per month and still using a buggy app doesn't make sense. The photos won't load properly and when switched to chat tab, it would be shown as a white screen. Nothing to display. Extremely disappointed, never using their app again!! Update 08/05/2021: deleted the account and they still kept on charging my card for subscription. Saying that I have to ask them to cancel subscription. Crooks!

Really buggy and there's no way to see the requests (which people pay to send) that someone sends you. It will tell you on a page that you received a request but no means of accessing it! People misrepresent where they were raised all the time and it becomes a time waster that way. And it doesn't tell you an accurate ranking, its inflated. Some things are nice like the option to superlike or like someone so they're more likely to see you. Nice interface and cute bio options.

Terrible experience. Very poor customer service. The app shows that can avail a free trial period of three days during which you won't be charged, I was charged the very next day. When I contact the customer support regarding this,they write back saying that I had availed the free trial period in February earlier this year. How is one supposed to remember every time they install the app?

Too restrictive to use, even if you buy the grossly overpriced $60/month elite package. You're limited on how many features you can use in a single day even with premium. Features are generally clunky and confusing. Not sure what the difference is between a "request" and a "message," but if you use credits for a request you can't message the person as well. Lots of non-Desi profiles. US profiles not filtered at all by state. Cancelling your subscription is a pain. Nice concept but too greedy.

I decided to try the 3 day free trial that was mentioned. I did not like the service so I canceled the subscription within 2 days. To my surprise I got charged for 6 months even though it was mention that if you cancel within 3 days no charges will be deducted. Really a dishonest and scammy business practice. And don't bother with customer support, they will just tell you we can't refund it's our policy

This app used to be working as expected. But now without any noticeable change in any functionality, I'm starting to see really annoying bugs. Plus I'm not sure how much time does it take to review someone's profile photo. It's been 4 days since I recreated my profile. I put the same verified photo as I used in earlier profile. But they're still verifying that photo after 4 days. You need to step up your game Dil Mil.

I selected what I thought was a free trial and was immediately charge $100 dollars before the free trial even ended and I cancelled the purchase immediately when I noticed ( within 10 minutes of using the app ( within 24 hours) ) which under their own policy would count for a refund. They say I can't get a refund and to contact google knowing that full well that they won't give me a refund.

App is still buggy after months of use. I matched with a user, went to go message person and app crashed, when I reopened it the match was gone. Not just once either it's happened 4-5 times. I have 38 potential matches who I would love to get to know, except I can't because I need to spend $60 to use the premium features for even one month. To get a lower price I would have to subscribe for the year, which I wouldn't need if the app was good at what they advertise to be.

The app is scammy in its pricing. Instance #1 : 3 days free trial until cancellation for the 3 month plan. The deal only applies once (for life). The offer is always visible though, so a year later I thought of taking advantage of it again, but was charged the full amount immediately with no refund. Instance #2: An in app discount of 20% on the 1 month plan. I was charged the full amount. Asked for a refund of the balance and was told to provide a screenshot of the deal .. Take one for proof!

This app is super Buggy. It is very laggy, and I can barely tap anything to actually use the app. I've had 0 interactions in 3 weeks, but I'll also chock that up to being a bigger woman. My review is partially for that, but mostly because of the bugs in the app. I can barely use any of the features because it continuously freezes. I know it's not my phone, because everything else works just fine. I haven't been able to participate at all in Mill and Chill because it freezes! Do better!

This app has serious glitches and bugs. If I select a filter, I am still shown people outside that filter range. Even after having an elite premium, not all features are freely available. Even after swiping someone, they again pop up in my list. When I tried editing my profile, it would not get saved properly so sometimes I had to retype or re-select options. To top it all, cancelation is a hassle! I wish it was better and we could select more traits to showcase and not 6 of them. 😑

awful experience all around with this app. The bugs, the lagging, the unable to view all your matches you have. The matches disappearing when neither party has unmatched. The number of catfish fake profiles claiming their career is not what it actually is. I could go on but we would be sitting here for days and I would run out of characters for this review. I would give negative stars if I could. The game was actually good but didn't include Android users which wasn't inclusive. Please address^

This app is broken on so many levels. It tells you that you have a match, but then nothing in your matches. I've sent message requests, but then they don't show up in the "Likes Given" section. I open the app and it gives me the same 30 suggestions in a row. Even if I swipe left or right on those matches, the next time I open the app it shows the same 30 girls. Contacting support is a waste of time, they take a week to respond and all they tell you to do is reinstall the app which does nothing
