Been using DishGen for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that uses AI to generate unique recipes based on what’s in your fridge. Pretty solid if you’re into cooking and trying new dishes.
Here’s what you do: you can type in an ingredient or a few things you have, and DishGen will spit out a bunch of recipe ideas. And there’s also an option to tweak the recipes to your taste, which is pretty cool. And there’s a big database of AI-generated dishes to browse through – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into cooking and trying new recipes, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the recipe cards can be a little confusing at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to get more creative in the kitchen.

So here's my honest take on DishGen. I've tested a bunch of cooking apps and this one's pretty solid. The AI recipe generation is the main draw - it's surprisingly good at coming up with unique and tasty-looking dishes. The ability to customize the recipes is also really handy. On the downside, the app can feel a bit overwhelming at first with all the features. And some of the recipe cards could be laid out better. But overall, it's a great tool for home cooks who want to mix things up in the kitchen.
