This app used to steal or withdraw money from my account without my permission and made some of my credit card accounts go into overdraft or over the credit limit. can’t link my bank account. tried many times. I wanted to like this app. had high hopes for said app. canceled free trial and deleted it

Couldn’t even complete setup and having a debt reduction app charge a subscription is super counterproductive.

sounds like a good app. so you pay the monthly fee for them not to be able to connect to your bank they are having issues. so I contact them. they want me to just keep paying them for another month while they resolve these issues

Stopped working, was told it my account has issues but no fix or timeline was given, just a generic answer. Closed my account and will look for another better operated service.
