Been using DIY Fly Fishing V3 for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you find the best fly fishing spots around the country. There’s high-res maps, real-time stream flow data, and info on over 30,000 fishing locations. Spent a lot of time exploring new spots with this thing – it’s pretty cool.

Here’s what you do: you can search for nearby fishing areas, see water conditions, and get directions. And there’s also a 3D satellite view which is great for planning trips. And the offline maps work really well – no more getting lost on back roads.

Look, if you’re into fly fishing, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little confusing at first and the ads can get annoying – but overall it does a solid job of helping you find and plan your next fishing adventure. Worth checking out for sure.

So here's my take on DIY Fly Fishing V3. I've tested a bunch of fishing/outdoors apps and this one's one of the better ones I've seen. The maps and stream data are super helpful for finding new spots, and I like how you can plan out trips right in the app. It's not as beginner-friendly as some other apps, but if you know what you're doing it's a great tool. The only real downsides are the occasional bugs and the ads, but you can pay to remove them. Overall, if you're an avid fly fisherman, this is definitely worth downloading.
