This app is so good now but still you can't change your information like email as you have to create a new account then add devices again from the start and also you need to delete everything from previous account it takes so much time if you just had added a change email option all that trouble would be avoided
I've had my DVR for a couple years now not a problem it not the most streamlined app. but since the recent update I have now lost my playback history or event notifications. it reverts to the home page of the DMSS logo. these cameras are to provide evidence when there are security breaches. it seems like it's not an isolated issue just with mine. amd for the amount you pay for the unit and to have installed and for the benefit of remote monitoring ¬ifications, why is there no support
I really like the old version, you don't need to create an account just the Serial number of the device and you can configure the CCTV. Now if you want another device you need to create an account which is a hassle. Bring back the old version option that only required a P2P SN.
Recording sometimes skip whole minutes during playback while the NVR has the full recording. IVS alarm events don't play the full clip and end abruptly, often without getting to the alarm trigger itself. Super unhelpful and this has been present since the last few months. The dev team seems to have overlooked this issue so far...
tone of the most terrible apps. The alarm is set to the media sound so it goes off when you are watching something or listening to music. not on the system sounds. the delays and bugs are horrendous. lag time and live downloading delays. configuration and setting issues don't talk to the app
I've gone through ridiculous hoops to try and configure these cameras to view via mobile data on my map and no result. My passwords are correct despite dmss insisting they are not. Never had this issue with my old phone with set up. Who wants to check their cameras only within range of the home WiFi the device is connected to? it's absurd. shop around for better...
totally useless app created for an essential security. the Playback option doesn't show the video recording of requested time. just keeps moving an hour forward no matter what you try. The speed option is as useless as this app. When I want yo increase the speed, it does the opposite. Not sure what has inspires to create this weird app!!
started ok a few months ago but has gradually become an awful app. constantly crashes. uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall. gosh. playback is no longer smooth and jumps forward minutes at a time. now I can't even log in as it keeps repeating 'network timeout'. and before you say it's my connection, I'm currently able to stream netflix episodes very smoothly. please fix this
My password contains the special character & but I cannot type it in the password textbox. When I try to reset the password to chose another one without the &, I get an error that the network is not stable and should I try later. Obviously there is no issue with my network. So currently I cannot use the app and I am stuck.
I had never had problems until recently. Every time I want to check live stream, it takes forever to load. sometimes a message pops up saying my device isn't connected to wifi, that shouldn't matter! after way too many attempts, it loads! this is really frustrating! please fix asap. thanks.
