This app is so good now but still you can't change your information like email as you have to create a new account then add devices again from the start and also you need to delete everything from previous account it takes so much time if you just had added a change email option all that trouble would be avoided

I've had my DVR for a couple years now not a problem it not the most streamlined app. but since the recent update I have now lost my playback history or event notifications. it reverts to the home page of the DMSS logo. these cameras are to provide evidence when there are security breaches. it seems like it's not an isolated issue just with mine. amd for the amount you pay for the unit and to have installed and for the benefit of remote monitoring &notifications, why is there no support

I really like the old version, you don't need to create an account just the Serial number of the device and you can configure the CCTV. Now if you want another device you need to create an account which is a hassle. Bring back the old version option that only required a P2P SN.

Recording sometimes skip whole minutes during playback while the NVR has the full recording. IVS alarm events don't play the full clip and end abruptly, often without getting to the alarm trigger itself. Super unhelpful and this has been present since the last few months. The dev team seems to have overlooked this issue so far...

tone of the most terrible apps. The alarm is set to the media sound so it goes off when you are watching something or listening to music. not on the system sounds. the delays and bugs are horrendous. lag time and live downloading delays. configuration and setting issues don't talk to the app

I've gone through ridiculous hoops to try and configure these cameras to view via mobile data on my map and no result. My passwords are correct despite dmss insisting they are not. Never had this issue with my old phone with set up. Who wants to check their cameras only within range of the home WiFi the device is connected to? it's absurd. shop around for better...

totally useless app created for an essential security. the Playback option doesn't show the video recording of requested time. just keeps moving an hour forward no matter what you try. The speed option is as useless as this app. When I want yo increase the speed, it does the opposite. Not sure what has inspires to create this weird app!!

started ok a few months ago but has gradually become an awful app. constantly crashes. uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall. gosh. playback is no longer smooth and jumps forward minutes at a time. now I can't even log in as it keeps repeating 'network timeout'. and before you say it's my connection, I'm currently able to stream netflix episodes very smoothly. please fix this

My password contains the special character & but I cannot type it in the password textbox. When I try to reset the password to chose another one without the &, I get an error that the network is not stable and should I try later. Obviously there is no issue with my network. So currently I cannot use the app and I am stuck.

I had never had problems until recently. Every time I want to check live stream, it takes forever to load. sometimes a message pops up saying my device isn't connected to wifi, that shouldn't matter! after way too many attempts, it loads! this is really frustrating! please fix asap. thanks.

Much better app than it was, just still some niggles. I have a OnePlus open foldable. When I use the app in open view on the cameras the back function doesn't work On notifications with the new camera still video playback doesn't work when you click view. It works however in the payback section. This isn't great if you're trying to do things at speed.

When playing the recording from previous days, the picture is shifted. Saved video recordings are exported only for the first few seconds of the recording. The new version has worsened functionality. Controls have become inconvenient. Make speed and mute buttons on the panel under the video. Bring back frame-by-frame viewing.

I am currently experiencing an unexpected delay of about ten seconds across all of my camera footage. This issue began only after the most recent update was installed, as the system had been running smoothly without any noticeable lag prior to that change. Before the update, the video streams were displayed in real time with no interruption, but now every camera shows the same consistent delay.

lots of clutter and NOT accessible commands for some reasons. alarm off, home mode, alarm on are the 3 most useful button and they are so similar that it's easy to get confused. their order in the physical control board is inverted, just to make it harder. you will get lost in the menus and sub menus that are not clickable even if you are the owner, you need to have the technician access, which you can't because with it you would be able to connect to other people's houses.

Video playback facilities are very poor. Video timelines are hard to work with. During playback, it is difficult to synchronize the video of several cameras. On the main page, there are non-functional options such as door. It shouldn't exist for me as I don't use this option. "superlive plus" is much easier to play video. Please improve the app.

been working just right before the recent update..now there is an unknown channel that keeps appearing before all the actual channels..its annoying since it seems useless because we can't even access this channel, tried opening and it's stuck with just loading..for me i have not yet experienced the "better experience" that the update brought, if there really is..the bad features that i encountered before are still there

This is not the app to get for residential security. It is not user friendly at all. The live viewing only works if you open the particular camera you want to view which it is supposed to live view all at the same time. It doesn't matter how many times I change the remote configurations, it's still pixilated at night. I can literally watch an animal walk through my front yard in real time and nothing shows up at the same exact time on live view. I highly do not recommend!

You keep adding the device and then you start over again even if you sign up and login. It is not intuitive. I finally managed to get this up and running with a 3rd party instruction. Also, the login stored in the app did not refresh properly until restart so the device was not visible, but the message was appearing that I added that. You need to improve this app.

The latest update is a fantastic improvement overall but unfortunately lacks the option to rearrange the camera order. Even if you create a "Favorite" it still re-orders them regardless of name or order in which they were added. I've created a favorite, clicked on details, then clicked sort, rearranged them how I want, then click save. But unfortunately when you attempt to view your favorites, they are not in the order you saved them in.

Been using the app for over a year and it works great until today. A prompt comes up wanting me to read user agreement and privacy statement. I clicked the link for both and scroll to the bottom. Then go back to prompt and check the box. Nothing happens. The prompt screen will not close. I uninstalled and reinstalled but get the same results. Now I can't do anything with the app. I have an Android.
