Ordered delivery from the app for the first time. of course it was late and screwed up. received about 1/3 of order. Their shopper couldn't find anything. Inventory shown in app is incorrect. Charged for items not received. Coupons not applied because shopper didn't fill quantity. Corporate unavailable. Local store screamed at me for using a shopper. shopper never called and changed his tip from 15% to 28%. pissed. never again. Doordash accect too thick could not understand.

You have some SERIOUS problems with your login process, and you've had the same issues for a bizarrely long time. I just switched to a new phone last week. I freshly installed this app and tried to log in. I kept getting the message "Something went wrong. Try again." I restarted my phone, same message. I logged in through the in-app browser, still couldn't log in through the app. Same message. Restarted the app, magically logged in. Update: I keep getting logged out when I launch the app.

I have an account and I can't even get into my account to save coupons. I tried through the online site and the app and neither one works. We just got a new store near us so would like to have access to coupons, but can't. please fix! I emailed customer service twice and never heard anything back. Guess you don't care about your customers. I never had this issue when I was on the Family Dollar app and their Customer Service team was helpful.

Keep getting a message when trying to sign in, "Sorry! We are sorry, but something unexpected happened. Please try again." I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I've emailed customer service 7.3.25 over a month and no response. I can't even open a new account as my telephone is being detected as already having an existing account.

Garbage. The shopper said he couldn't find my products. I went myself, later, and they had them. They also charged me $15 for one plastic flower pot. And it's the only thing I was delivered out of 6 items, and the shopper made off with a big tip for doing nothing. No response when I tried to reach customer. So don't use it. Save yourself.

This app use to be good. But recently it broke, I have removed and reload it to no effect. When it was working, you could scan items and add to your cart. The app would automatically bring up coupons that were available for the item scanned. At checkout you put your phone number in the pos and the coupons you downloaded were automatically credited. Now you can't add anything to your cart unless you want it delivered. Some programmer broke it, as they do to all things that work well.

Either the app or the store sucks. It seems that ever since they stopped doing pick up in store it's just been a bad experience trying to shop. The app list and the store checkout just don't match. The app shows one subtotal and the store a completely other. The 5 off of 25 should be the same in store as it is in the app for promos like soda (buy 3 for $x) . Fix the cashier POS or the app. But the app does have the better deal.

I've been using the app for a few years now & it's been great. HOWEVER for the last month I can't access my wallet or see any coupons. I've sent message after message about this issue to hear nothing in response. this is not good for a faithful customer especially when I have credit in my wallet I can't use or see any coupons. 2 stars for at least being able to see the weekly ads. FIX IT & I can give it 5 stars like I want

Every time I use this app there's always an issue. Why have an app to save but when you're checking out it doesn't take anything off that you spend a lot of time preparing for. Dollar General is scamming. I want all my change back because you're robbing from the poor. This doesn't make any sense. Call me because I have a lot to say. The associate said the computer picks and chooses if it wants to use the coupons?????? what in the world????????? What's the corporate number? Wasting my time!!

Dollar General has a LOT of issues with their app and POS system! The coupons have not been loading to my account for the past week. I keep getting an error, both on the app and online website. I have attempted multiple times to contact someone in customer service (via phone, app, and email) and do not get an answer.

Coupons are never applied to my purchases. Yes I input my number. Yes I make sure the coupon is there before I check out. Only a few times have I ever seen a coupon get applied at check out. I just tried to use a 2 dollar off coupon on this app for some bottled water. Added it while I was in the store. It didn't get taken off. The 5 off digital coupons never get used either.

It's not the most user friendly app. Lots of bugs, however it has improved over the years. It kept booting me out and making me log back in. This happened multiple times and once all of the authentication and confirmation was completed, it would glitch out. The message would read, "Oops, something went wrong." "Try again later." Very frustrating, especially b.c I can never get the discounts that I originally anticipated.

WARNING!!! APP IS LIKELY MALWARE!!!! App put deals and home ect... Below the interface buttons for my phone with no option to change them and just gives errors when attempting to add deals and coupons. Constantly tries to open my browser and access information and parts of my phone without permission. Seems like it's Spyware or malware given the suspicious behavior and fact it doesn't function at all.

this was a good app until lately. Now I can't clip coupons while I am in store, half the time the coupons don't come off and manager has to override the price. deleted and reinstalled no help. Won't work on web site either. today I had to leave the store, drive 3 blocks away to add my 5/25 after 3 paper didn't work. To get back, re-ring and it still didn't work. Time to shop elsewhere!

Good app. We have 3 dollar generals within 8 miles (that's close for our neck of the woods) and I regularly look to see which one has everything that we need so I can do it all in one stop. We utilize the coupons weekly but wish there was a way to save all the coupons with one click rather then having to click each and every one. I choose to save them all so that I don't have to study every thing that I'm buying to see if it matches up to any of them. So 400 clicks later...

I don't know what happened, it used to be a good app but now none of the deals work. Tried redownloading, restarting my phone, using Chrome browser, a different phone- everytime I clip a deal it says "oops! One or more of your deals weren't clipped. Please try again." Over, and over, and over. I feel like I'm losing my mind over an app!!!

Most of the time, offers and coupons don't work. I tried using the $5 off $25 for Saturday, and it would not come off, no matter how much I added to my cart even over $50, it still wouldn't work. The app has officially quit working, gives an error code and I've contacted DG with no reply. It's not worth my time, effort, and endless agony.

what an Excellent app!!! Very impressive!! I add items to my list and does it ever help!! Discounts galore!! I like the live ads when you first go on it!! And of course, I think the world of the cashiers!! Very friendly (and silly sometimes, which brightens my day!!), and always have an answer to any questions you might have!!! I'm short and some things I can't reach. They're right there in a minute to get it down for me!! Thanks girls!!! 👍👍👍👍

helps me save money, which we all need. You need to physically add any offered coupons to your app each week to receive the deals, and they are always taken off once i enter my accounts phone number. That doesn't always happen on other apps. Just make sure to read the details. In the ad. On the shelf tags. On the coupons. But that is advice for all stores, really. There is fine print everywhere. I do recommend this app, if that makes any difference. Happy days forever! ♡

BAIT AND SWITCH! Digital coupons display until you create an account to actually use them. Once the app has your personal information, it then says it cannot display coupons, despite having been able to before. This gives the feeling of a bait and switch, even if it isn't. Whatever additional is trying to display when logged in needs to be rethought as it puts the entire app and company in a bad light.
