Like others have commented on this and several other delivery apps, it gets into a loop of saving payment info, logging us out, and forcing us to start from scratch. Both times I've used it so far, it's taken a half hour to place an order because of this. Also, like others have mentioned, none of the prices pop up until you get the cart đź›’ Thankfully there's an easy remove button on each item. [EDIT] 03/30/2025 It's still giving me the same issues.

Generally don't have too many issues with the app. It does what it need to I'm able to order a pizza and pay. Tonight I tried to order a pizza More than an hour in advance and for some reason it had tomorrow's date as default and I didn't notice. There was no way for me to cancel the order in the app. That's a major miss. I reordered my food for today and the store was able to cancel the future order. Please put in a cancel option.

Pros vs cons Cons -Aside from not knowing until check out what has extra cost when customizing or starting the order, it's pretty good. I dont like getting to checkout then having to edit my items. I would rather see a little warning that shows any extra charges right there before I add to order. The pros- Coupons are ready to add. Navigating the app is easy. Your points balance and order history is a click away. I like that I still can place an order because I am allowed to pay in store.

The app is useful. It does not save gift cards for future use. That is really inconvenient. You can not use gift cards for a future order (a couple of hours out from our current time). Next time I want to place an order, I have to put the gift card & pin back in for my order. The prices are not always correct. When I try to use my debit card or PayPal to pay, sometimes the app sends the order, but it really didn't, so I have to restart my order entirely. Has happened several times to me now.

Everytime I go to place an order, I get an error and it tells me to call the store. the whole purpose of the app is to by pass waiting on hold by calling the store. This is an egregious way of running an app. for my last 6 orders I've had to use my wife's account because this app doesn't work on my phone. it's terrible, frustrating, and a huge waste of time. They charge me, the order doesn't get placed, and I have to wait over 10 minutes to recieve my money back.

We've had so many issues with this app since moving to Tualatin, OR and continue to have problems since moving elsewhere. It keeps denying the order right at the checkout stage. We've had to re-enter our payment information and addresses several times to even get it to work at all. Also, charging a $7.99 delivery fee on top of a driver tip is too much. Only positive is the ability to change from delivery to pickup is easier now. You used to have to delete the entire order and start over to do so

Great experience. Had no problems placing an order, and it sent without any problems. If I could recommend anything... It would be to show the prices of items before you add it to your checkout cart. I was gonna buy regardless... But I wasn't able to see any prices until I got to checkout. Still 5 stars. Curious to see future updates. OH!!! AND MAKE REWARD POINTS LAST LONGER!!! 🍕

The app is okay. It'll advertise discounted menu options, but when you get to check out, it'll seem like there was no deal (for delivery orders). Also, it doesn't let you tip drivers once the food has been delivered; you'll have to include tip when placing order (I don't under why--backwards!) Of course, you don't have to include tip with order and can hand the driver cash instead.

Really a top quality app, accurate, easy to use and customize, tons of coupons and deals so you never feel ripped off. I like the tracker and personal feeling with the names and all that. I just got a random free medium pizza to use after an order I did for the heck of it. I only wished they showed the price for all items before hitting the add to order button. I'd prefer maximum transparency but it's not a big deal

It is what it is. If you just want to put an order in and pick it up on the way home it's good, but that’s about it. The issue is that it updates constantly with no apparent changes to the app. I've yet to see new or improved features, but constant annoying updates. If these are for security, they fail. The only thing it makes me login for is to reorder one of my saved orders. Not to use my saved payment, not to make an order, just to access the ones I've saved.
