Great app in terms of the exercises and additional info. I give it 1 star because I feel scammed. I subscribed for the $29.99 plan for 3 months but in the first month it billed me two times. I didn't notice in time and the second time it billed me again. So I've paid $90 for two months. A complete robbery.
App is great and has a variety of kegel exercises that aren't on other apps. I would give it 5 stars but the app doesn't save progress to the profile. There's an option that allegedly saves progress to a profile, but it doesn't because when I downloaded the app on a new phone and signed in, none of my progress had been saved to my actual profile. What's the point of signing in if no progress is saved. I created the profile on an old phone where I unlocked all exercises, none saved 2 profile!
Started this app today, signed up for 30 day free trial, got to step 3 (tutorial) and the app just didn't work. Instead of (I assume) videos showing me how to do the exercises (holding & trembling) I just got blank screens and I then could not progress beyond this point. I have therefore cancelled any subscription!
1 million installed and just as many have likely deleted this app. Immediately you are asked to pay a ridiculous fee before even trying out the app. You have to decline the in app purchase before you are finally offered free access to try only one session. Pretty difficult to assess the app with such limited access. Immediately deleted app as there are so many apps with similar features at a lower price.
I was charged wrongfully, I was signing up for the 7 days trial but got charged for an year's subscription fees. This is outrageous, I haven't used it even a bit and this way of charging money is absolutely unethical. Have reached out to support but received no answer till now, and there's no cancellation tab on the app or on Play Store. If anyone has an idea about this, please help
This is really bad. It fails right on registration. Very confidence inspiring 😃
The exercises are great, easy.And takes no time to complete them.
Constant "Poor internet connection" messages (and no, everything is fine with my internet - every other app works, including YouTube), so, impossible to get past the annoying "doctor" videos and get to the trial. Reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone - no help. Installed on tablet - "There is no internet connection". UPD: now I get start trial button, but after clicking it - error, "you already have subscription". UPD2: app seems to work now. But the "onboarding" process is very baaaaaad!
At first, i thought this exercise was gonna be rough and painful. Just like the first week of training, any other muscles. Turns out it's Wayyy more easier, no sore on that muscle, no wrong position, and could do it anywhere at any time. Because i just started 6 days ago. I can't say anything significant about the results. The developer of the app had put a lot of effort into making it very practical, easy to use, and understand. So far, it's been a good deal 👌
The worst APP i have ever used. I tried it as a trail base but it quickly deducted the subscription fees from my account. What the hell is this? OK, I'm using a paid version now, but what the hell is with the record. If you follow the exercise on first day, it won't keep your record and you need to repeat it next day again. Even I can't sign in.
