promo NOT as advertised! I literally joined because it says if you spend $5 you get 500 spins on Huff and more Puff. I opted in after downloading and depositing. I spent the $5 a slot. then I went over huff and Puff (I get the names mixed up but I was definitely on the correct game). it only gave me 50 spins! once done I exited out and went back into the game and no more free spins. I feel scammed. every time I click on the promo details page it just takes me back to the app home screen casino

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, WASTE OF TIME. Never did this before, so I went small and started with a $20.00 deposit. Too bad, EVERY SINGLE SLOT game I tried, I got an error message saying error downloadling try again later. So I tried again, and again, and again, with no luck EVERY TIME. So, I withdrew my deposit, especially after reading all the negative reviews. At least if they screw me out of my money, it won't be as bad as the other unfortunate souls who were scammed out of way more than that.

Update-- slots are still soooo tight. I've embarrassingly played $185,000 worth. Yes.. you read that right. I've NEVER hit a tax ticket. Total scam. Tight slots!! I was scrolling looking at other reviews and I came across one who said her balance would dwindle quickly then realized it was taking more $$ out and that is exactly what happened to me. I won $25 bonus and it never added to my account balance and it shows I have crowns to redeem but when I try to redeem them it says I have none. They told me they see no problems with my account. I screenshot the transactions that showed the win but didn't deposit it and emailed it to them. still waiting

The more you play, the easier it is to qualify for the specific promotions they are offering you. The same games they have in house are available in the app.(Without all the walking,and without the free drinks .) They have very easy options for cashing out, depositing,and finding the game your looking for. overall I enjoy it and can even play in demo mode to check out game before you start using real cash. I like to see them give more no-deposit free play

Very short lived app for me. They may have a good welcome bonus for new players but that was gone faster than signing up for the app! Then the first couple days I received multiple free credit bonuses but the same thing with those. Doesn't seem to make a difference if I deposit money either. When you can go 60+ spins and not even win a penny and you're only betting .10-.20 a spin, not to forget that no matter what I deposit or bet there's no even play to that money to even make me want to stay!

These apps are so rigged. They manipulate how you win or lose with a algorithm they can set at anytime to either win or lose. On top of that the slot games glitch. This is where the algorithm takes place. If your about to get a good hit the algorithm will block it and make the slot your playing land on a loss. And not to mention the slot will also crash out of nowhere. Dont waste your time.

Your ads to install this app are so unnecessarily long. Having to close the ads 3 times with wait time in between is absurd. Then almost every review tells me the game has been nurfed/fixed so hard that winning is virtually impossible and if people do win too much, they get flagged for suspicious activity and all of a sudden, they never win again. It's bonkers. I installed the app just to tell you I will NEVER play it bc it's a scam. UNINSTALLED IMMEDIATELY. DO BETTER.

I signed up in early 2022, was enjoying the app, and I eventually won a couple hundred bucks. I was very happy, but, told there was no option for picking up my cash at the counter. fine, I could just transfer the winnings back onto my previous deposit method! Nope! You must contact support via email! I was flagged for possible "irresponsible gaming',locked out of my account,for over a year, never gave me my winnings, and they give you the runaround to avoid payouts! Terrible app, unethical

Weeks ago, I won top pay on a slot, and cashed it out to my bank. After the withdrawl, I tried to play again, and my account was restricted. They wanted documents, which I provided all of. They emailed me and said that my documents were accepted, but yet my account remained locked. I've e-mailed them multiple times asking why, and I get no answer at all. You'd think they would welcome me back, to play. But obviously not. Awful customer service, bad communication.

Terrible casino!!! I contacted customer support in regards to a promo that wasn't paid out(go figure). The automated reply says I will get a reply in 4 hours. So, in addition to not paying out the promo, I can't get any help for 4 hours. My vacation ends in 3 hours and I'll be out of their service area for the next 2 months. The customer service is quite terrible act all helpful but they don't solve anything they've restricted my account multiple times. And it seems like it's for any little thing like I think over the past two months I've been able to play maybe a week of that time because right when I get it on restricted it gets restricted. They don't tell me why my account is restricted but leave it restricted. And I've complied with all their little demands to the point where I can't even upload documentation.

I've noticed when betting, my balance would dwindle quickly, and I finally figured out when betting a second bet of the same amount would come out. when asking the support to look to see how long it has been doing this they told me basically they make no mistakes.... 🤔. not only are they thieves, the app is so slow, crashes and logs you out every couple minutes. gtfoh

I've played a total of about 4 years before leaving this review. A couple slot games are fun to play. Anyone who I know that's won anything substantial, was during the 1st six months of playing. That's how they get ya hooked. After that you just watch your deposits disappear without ever being up. Your never playing with house money.. Your always chasing your deposits. I'd stick to table games cause the slots are rigged even more than real casinos. I've won once in 4 years.

I'll give it a 2. I'm having an issue with my payout. I find it suspicious that they locked my account after I placed a withdrawal. Now they want bank statements for the cards I've used for supposedly "suspicious activity." There hasn't been any suspicious activity, it's been ME the whole damn time. 1st of all, the app picks and chooses when it wants to accept a cashapp debit card to take payments even tho not all banks support online gaming. Then, when it decides, it wants to let me use the card if I win any money big IF. It won't let me cash out the method in which the money was deposited. I kept waiting for my deposit multiple times to find out days later that it was returned to the casino. Also, the rewards per dollar is absolute garbage. If 0 star apps had a poster child, it this one!

Not one to write reviews but WOW. Worst experience with anything I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Going on 2 weeks now of "email" support bc you can't speak to no one live. They get you by not telling you about the "catch" I opted in to the first deposit match and wasn't informed until a day later that I have to spend $3000 in a month before I can withdraw any winnings. I find it very convenient that the video that tells you that doesn't show up on the app until a day later. There is no way I'm spending that much money on a gambling app that I downloaded to play leisurely. They must assume everyone that uses their app has a gambling problem. Find something else.
