This app is a rip-off of all similar paid apps out there. It's the most expensive membership. At least the other apps have a way to let you watch almost for free by watching ads a day and that's it. But these thieves are the ones you pay for a week. What you pay for a month in other apps.
It seems to have removed a normal monthy subscribe option. At £18.99 a WEEK! I won't be paying that. That's bizarrely expensive. Not even Netflix or Prime costs that. Shorts should be cheaper and competitive. I'll stick with dramabox who let me pay monthly at a better price.
I felt scammed with membership. I paid for the membership. as always I dont allow auto renewals as I forget overtime when not using the service. When I cancelled the subscription to prevent auto renew, the app stopped allowing me to watch the movies. Per their website, I should have access until the last day of the subscription. Buyer beware.
I love watching dramas here, but eventually their ads seemed to be scheming cause I've watched 4 ads about Shopee but it doesn't add any rewards. It happened also from previous days of watching their ads. So I stopped watching dramas for a couple of days. Hopefully, they can fix it right and I will change my reviews here. Thanks! -The problem is, after watching some ads, it didn't give reward points. There's no displayed problem on screen, it's just that some rewards.
Super cute stories, great pricing and variety of things to watch. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is they don't have a mini screen feature like ReelShort has. If it did I would 100% be here all the time. I like being able to multitask while watching shows. If they could incorporate that one feature it would be the best short shows service on the market. I've tried 8 different services, so it has been well compared.
🤔🥺 ---------------------------------- The story was great, from what I watched! ... BUT I had to watch 10 Ads total! One ad per each short clip of the story. I just don't have the patience or the time to do that. So I'll be uninstalling this App after I post this review. I didn't even get to watch all of the story! I would not recommend this App to anyone!
Really sad that I have to leave a bad review. this app has worked fine for me then once I resubscibed for a month. my subscription was canceled. and then it had a new option to subscribe for 3 months. I was willing to do that one , but now I can't even log into the app and getting a network error message. I have not received any response from customer support yet.
I went thru all the rewards and had over 500 coins, ai also had my check-in coins for the day and they were all gone in 1 episode. This is why I deleted this app before, it either doesn't give you your rewards or they dissappear without you using them. It also keeps repeating episodes and takes your coins when their is nothing you can do about it. I won't waste anymore money on them, it's a rip off. Some great stories though, it's a shame.
Their customer service is very poor. I have been having issues with subscribing the drama app. I have contacted them three times, but didn't bother to reply. I contacted through the app twice and one by email as well. It seems like they don't want my money. I will uninstall the app now. Also, congratulations for loosing one customer!!! With this attitude, I am sure pretty soon your app will shut down. I don't care, I have many other drama apps. I can subscribe to other apps now. GOOD LUCK!!!
I often have issues with them not giving me what I pay for. Twice now, I have paid for a "special deal" that unlocks a certain amount of episodes, and instead, I never receive the episodes. Chapters that I have already opened will be relocked as well, causing me to have to unlock them again. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to make people pay for something to have access, then stop with the false advertising and trying to double-charge just so you can make more money 🤬
