Keeps crashing. it says, I need an update, and when I do it still crashes. Keep getting fake notifications about messages. I'm really not liking this app
so when a recruiter messages me I can see the message but when I go to reply I can't see what I'm typing it throws the keyboard up and covers half the screen
I for some reason can't upload documents to the app to submit to companies I updated the app thinking that the issue was that I didn't have it up to date but I still can't upload documents such as my DOT card or medical forms. anyone else having this issue?
Seems to be glitching out lately. I used it once 4 years ago I didn't have any issues. I get a an overwhelming amount of automated messages telling me to do what I've already done.
App won't open. Goes to a blank screen while saying "Biometrics not enabled. Try again". What's the problem?? FIX!!
beware of companies using their true fuel part of app. it is defective in the way it calculates speed consistency - does not take into account traffic, terrain or weather. companies just looking at info from app and taking what they believe is corrective action or terminated for wasting fuel. the entire program is a joke
It freezes. not able to see paperwork required. you guys need to update this app.
this app is horrible. I can't believe it has so many positive reviews. I cant finish tasks assigned to me. its cost me atleast 3 jobs. now im going through the same issue again with another job. nobody will help me because they have no customer service. if this app cant work for everyone jobs shouldn't use it. because it looks like they are assigning me tasks and im choosing to just not do it. not fair no good HORRIBLE APP!!!!!!
phone keeps reporting excessive usage by app and wanting to "deep sleep" the app. difficult to navigate, problems loading, faulty operations. Often not completing tasks. Freezing up. False alerts to issues that don't exist. very unfortunate that we are required to deal with these issues to accomplish the tasks we need to.
I have uploaded documents and it is not showing in my profile. Got email to join a message chat and it shows error when I try to join. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still not working correctly as it did when I first did it. would give a better review if the app wasn't so buggy.
