Keeps crashing. it says, I need an update, and when I do it still crashes. Keep getting fake notifications about messages. I'm really not liking this app

so when a recruiter messages me I can see the message but when I go to reply I can't see what I'm typing it throws the keyboard up and covers half the screen

I for some reason can't upload documents to the app to submit to companies I updated the app thinking that the issue was that I didn't have it up to date but I still can't upload documents such as my DOT card or medical forms. anyone else having this issue?

Seems to be glitching out lately. I used it once 4 years ago I didn't have any issues. I get a an overwhelming amount of automated messages telling me to do what I've already done.

App won't open. Goes to a blank screen while saying "Biometrics not enabled. Try again". What's the problem?? FIX!!

beware of companies using their true fuel part of app. it is defective in the way it calculates speed consistency - does not take into account traffic, terrain or weather. companies just looking at info from app and taking what they believe is corrective action or terminated for wasting fuel. the entire program is a joke

It freezes. not able to see paperwork required. you guys need to update this app.

this app is horrible. I can't believe it has so many positive reviews. I cant finish tasks assigned to me. its cost me atleast 3 jobs. now im going through the same issue again with another job. nobody will help me because they have no customer service. if this app cant work for everyone jobs shouldn't use it. because it looks like they are assigning me tasks and im choosing to just not do it. not fair no good HORRIBLE APP!!!!!!

phone keeps reporting excessive usage by app and wanting to "deep sleep" the app. difficult to navigate, problems loading, faulty operations. Often not completing tasks. Freezing up. False alerts to issues that don't exist. very unfortunate that we are required to deal with these issues to accomplish the tasks we need to.

I have uploaded documents and it is not showing in my profile. Got email to join a message chat and it shows error when I try to join. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still not working correctly as it did when I first did it. would give a better review if the app wasn't so buggy.

Very power hungry app. wants to excessively drain your phone. Also receive massive notifications that things are going on in the app and need my attention when they haven't changed. Also receive too many notifications for news and activity that I should see when I don't want them. Need to give the user more control over the app.

Is this app broken or what, when I try to log in it stay stuck on the loading screen on my cellphone, it work on web browser though...... (Update): It is working fine now since the update, saving info for future reference, thanks.

filled in app several times, hitting save after each section yet if I run out of time due to other obligations I have to go back and start all over. at least 3 times now it didn't save my already saved info. app is a p.i.a @

APP HAS TOO MUCH ACCESS TO DEVICE. DELETED. Keep getting emails showing company I apply to has created tasks for me and when I open app it goes to a former employers page. Then I go to main menu and no tasks are there. Not sure if tasks they are creating are not showing up or im just getting auto messages when I apply.

It worked great when I first got the app. Now when I try to auto fill my applications, it refuses to proceed after putting in the correct code. It accepts the code then freezes on the screen where I put a code in again. I've Uninstaller it and re downloaded it multiple times, but nothing changes. Checked for updates as well. Nothing there either.

I cannot give a zero rating, otherwise I would. It shows an application for two years ago that I didn't apply for (I installed the app last year). I did some of the trainings. Zero are showing. If a carrier is using Tenstreet, my suggestion is don't apply to the carrier. If they're that dumb to buy into Tenstreet. Then they're not worth working for... And I did the usual, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall. It doesn't save the data. Contacted by tech, that didn't work. App's a waste of time.

I some how creates more than one profile, I guess, but each time I had completed 100% and logged into it again with the wrong credentials, it would auto-fil without all the info, but it became a mess. I know it's my problem for forgetting. But I can't upload documents. The screen keeps freezing, and information doesn't always save. It's extremely frustrating. I get the app helps you keep track of where you've applied. But they need to leave a feature for truckers to leave notes for themselves

A great app however, the app seems to not let me complete assigned tasks no matter how many times i log out and refresh, especially the express lane things. I try to click on them and nothing happens. it also does not register when I applied. sometimes I have applied 2-3 times, and I get confirmation emails, but it still suggests that I apply and it won't move my progress along I agreee with the last comment exactly my experience.

I used to love it. But it's trying to follow my location. I clicked, "Do not allow" and as soon as I open it for a new job notification it AUTOMATICALLY starts tracking location. It's not even that that I mind so much as, it gas a truckstop map icon keeps popping up on my phone to let me know it's on. I'm afraid if I trash the app and re-download, it won't save my stuff. I have a lot on there. It shouldn't be trying to "trick" you into hitting green continue button. But that's the only option.
