Been using DRR Rescue for a couple months now. It’s basically a digital field operations guide for technical rescue stuff – videos, calculators, checklists, all that good stuff. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you can browse through all the procedures and techniques, there’s like 240 pages worth. It’s got video tutorials too that get updated regularly. And there’s some cool shoring calculators that’ll spit out a cut list for you – super handy. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s a pretty comprehensive app.
Look, if you’re a firefighter, EMT, or other first responder, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a digital rescue manual on your phone.

So here's my honest take on DRR Rescue. I've tested a bunch of reference apps like this and this one's pretty solid. The video tutorials are really helpful and I like how the calculators take the guesswork out of some of the technical stuff. But it can get a little overwhelming with all the different procedures and features. And like I said, the ads are kind of a pain. Overall though, it's a useful app if you're in the rescue/first responder game.
