The website and app work disgustingly, there are constant problems with logging into your personal account. But they quickly and clearly turn off the electricity

WAS a decent app, BUT now it doesn't work at all. Used it for years. But not now. Maybe it got DOGE'd??? The login button is unresponsive, so you don't even know if it tried and there is NOTHING in the dialogue to tell you anything. Tried the "can't sign in" link in the app and I have never received any email for the reset. Figured a glitch over a weekend so tried middle of the week, same exact results... NO RESPONSE from the app or the "can't sign in" app link.

Bugs: Google Pay results in error message. Speedpay crashes and restarts. Tried to call to report scammer, and the phone just hangs up.

got a text from Duke Energy that the power was out and that I should click on the link to look at the power outage map. unfortunately, when I tried to do exactly that it said access denied and will not let me sign in on the app! so tell me Duke Energy what the heck is the point in having the app if you can't access it???

it won't let me view my usage. I keep getting an error message to "try later". I've been trying for the past 2 weeks and same thing. please fix

The app is not working. it will open but it will not allow me to use fingerprint or type in my log on information. Its like it is froze up. I tested every app I have and this one is the only one with issues. I have restarted my phone, un installed then re installed the app. it still doesnt work.

I have not been able to get Usage Details since last weekend After the latest update. I'm so very disappointed in the lack of help, which has been ignored by the "so called Customer Mobile App" email...no response to two requests for help. I wish I knew how to take away their last update, since it replaced the Usage Details with a picture of "try again later" bologna! I'm very angry that they removed such a very helpful tool...

I'm using the latest version of the mobile app on an android phone. For 4 months now when going into the app it will not login. I've tried using saved info with my fingerprint and typing in the username/password manually. Once entered clicking the login button or enter on the keyboard have no effect, add if you never pushed them. I've cleared app days and cache and removed reinstalled the app with no change
