Liked the idea of it and I intended to use the heck out of it but I guess they don't support rental property

Wants OAuth or phone number to sign up, doesn't have actual email sign up.

How come you release an app with sign up problem!

Is this app really telling me my address doesn't exist?? 'Address not found', so frustrating

I tried to use this app, and when I tried to sign up with my phone number, it never sent a code. I tried several times. It seemed to good to be true.

Showing these sponsored apps which is definitely not searched app is irritating

Impossible to sign up. Why release this out of beta if users can't even get beyond the sign up screen?

Unable to use, couldn't get past the log in screen when trying to sign up.

Wasn't able to get past signing up, kept stating "Null is not an object (evaluating 'u.setUserID')" Tried with my phone number and with my Gmail with no luck.

it is constantly reloading. I love the app but it will not reopen on a pixel 9 xl pro. buggy.

Has potential, some app features seem buggy. Still not 100% sold on privacy, given that I don't see how they make money with this without selling data. Will wait and see.

It forces you into minium amounts. Our house doesn't have gas but the app requires a gas bill min of $10/mo. Same with cars - we rarely drive....maybe 2k a year. Again minimum of 5k

Doesn't let you see the app unless you input your phone number. Not going to give out info to something I don't get to explore before hand.

Doesn't let me change my address. App force closes when I try to click on the "Info" menu no matter how many times I clear the data/cache and uninstall/reinstall.

I really suggest to allow users to use the app without registering. Maybe locking many features until they do so. Right now, I'm not willing to make an account just to explore.

just started using. so far so good.....but after a few weeks, I realized this app is very limited. Can't add projects other than what is already there. It asks to add appliances that I already added. And all tasks have to have a date. Not as useful as I once thought. It's inability to customize it to your situation kinda makes this app useless.

it's ok. Tasks that are repeating never repeat once marked complete and I have never found a way to go back and see what has been completed. I do like the app and try to use it effectively but tasks are confusing and ineffective.

Not what I was looking for. For example I don't have an A/C but can't remove that appliance so it's in all my tasks and estimates. What I needed was more of a calendar to log what I did that also gave me suggestions on how often/when to do this. This created things like "hang holiday lights" on December 20. That's not maintenance, hanging lights on my house is almost impossible, and plenty of people don't celebrate Christmas. Had to create a full account just to see how it worked.
