I think there getting things wrong I don't touch my phone when I drive everything is in the screen don't have to pick up phone to answer but I noticed the connection at tomes (USB cord) will flash for a moment staying not reading then go back so Im thinking thats what they thinkI'm o playing with the phone but it's the USB cord that's doing it only because I see it flash at tomes not reading then 2-4 seconds later days reading USB connection.

This is a very useless app. I have to uninstall and reinstall every two week. The worst part is that i need to call my insurance carrier to get a CODE. I never experienced this with other apps like Routly. I wish i can give a zero star.

If I could post a review, without a star, I would. Trips not being recorded, and the discount has been removed from my policy. New codes and continuous uninstall, and reinstall is not a solution. Customers should not have to do this every few weeks. This app needs to be taken offline, debugged, and an update needs to be released. It's useless in its current state.

app doesn't track a good number of trips and if your phone is in your pocket and your screen gets activated it tracks it as phone use while driving. horrible way to score a driver and it puts a lot of extra work on a person to have to go in and change your trips to passenger or whatever fits your situation

app actually works really good. I was really concerned about how the app would differentiate when I'm actually driving or when I'm just a passenger but you can actually go into the trip settings and change it. it sucks tho if you're like me and don't always remember to do that because theirs definitely a difference in the way I drive vrs the way my partner does

I understand this app is still in the works, but the amount of times I've been a passenger and marked as the driver is ridiculous. I cannot even let my son play a game in the car because it says I used my phone while driving, when he literally grabs it himself. I just do not want my rate to go up when I'm not even the one driving or using the phone. Any time I was the one driving, I got perfect trips each time. Make it make sense.

It only tacks your trips if using google Maps, and lately, just opining google Maps to start a drive is getting flaged as phone usage, preventing any perfect trips.

this app will always say phone use no matter what. after a drive, I will not open any apps for 10 mins and still shows phone use.

is very inaccurate in picking up your activity. Will penalize you for looking at your phone while parked. is not an accurate representation of your actual driving activity. is designed to give you a poor score to affect your rating with your insurance carrier.

App isn't recording trips. I had them give me another code and it says it was ready to record trips once my first trip was complete. it just sent me a msg to activate again.
