I think there getting things wrong I don't touch my phone when I drive everything is in the screen don't have to pick up phone to answer but I noticed the connection at tomes (USB cord) will flash for a moment staying not reading then go back so Im thinking thats what they thinkI'm o playing with the phone but it's the USB cord that's doing it only because I see it flash at tomes not reading then 2-4 seconds later days reading USB connection.

This is a very useless app. I have to uninstall and reinstall every two week. The worst part is that i need to call my insurance carrier to get a CODE. I never experienced this with other apps like Routly. I wish i can give a zero star.

If I could post a review, without a star, I would. Trips not being recorded, and the discount has been removed from my policy. New codes and continuous uninstall, and reinstall is not a solution. Customers should not have to do this every few weeks. This app needs to be taken offline, debugged, and an update needs to be released. It's useless in its current state.

app doesn't track a good number of trips and if your phone is in your pocket and your screen gets activated it tracks it as phone use while driving. horrible way to score a driver and it puts a lot of extra work on a person to have to go in and change your trips to passenger or whatever fits your situation

app actually works really good. I was really concerned about how the app would differentiate when I'm actually driving or when I'm just a passenger but you can actually go into the trip settings and change it. it sucks tho if you're like me and don't always remember to do that because theirs definitely a difference in the way I drive vrs the way my partner does

I understand this app is still in the works, but the amount of times I've been a passenger and marked as the driver is ridiculous. I cannot even let my son play a game in the car because it says I used my phone while driving, when he literally grabs it himself. I just do not want my rate to go up when I'm not even the one driving or using the phone. Any time I was the one driving, I got perfect trips each time. Make it make sense.

It only tacks your trips if using google Maps, and lately, just opining google Maps to start a drive is getting flaged as phone usage, preventing any perfect trips.

this app will always say phone use no matter what. after a drive, I will not open any apps for 10 mins and still shows phone use.

is very inaccurate in picking up your activity. Will penalize you for looking at your phone while parked. is not an accurate representation of your actual driving activity. is designed to give you a poor score to affect your rating with your insurance carrier.

App isn't recording trips. I had them give me another code and it says it was ready to record trips once my first trip was complete. it just sent me a msg to activate again.

The app was working perfectly fine for the first few weeks, however it randomly just stopped logging my trips one day without telling me and hasn't worked since, even though it continues to detect when I'm driving. This is a big problem because using this app helps me get a discount through my insurance company. I have checked the app diagnostics several times, to which it claims everything is working and even spoke to customer service over the phone for assistance, but nothing has changed since

It worked in the beginning but I had to get a new phone. Ever since it hasn't been working even after sign back in. So I took it off my phone and redid it. Hoping it will finally start working again while I drived. But this time it wouldn't let me sign back in with my code. Update got logged with a new code while ago and now even when i'm logged. It's not recording my drives and I might lose my discount now for my insurance. This app sucks! Watch out on the app or it will screw you over.

There is no way to turn off this app when you are a passenger. It logs me in other cars with family, in an Uber, on an airplane runway. Absolutely ridiculous that there isn't a way to say I am a passenger.

Nice app, helps save money when you use it BUT if you drive with other people in the car (especially a teenager,) and they use your phone for any reason, it flags you for phone use and there's no way to dispute it. If it ends up affecting the scores too much, I may consider opting out.

• App eats battery life like crazy •App will randomly start running on its own and "detect a drive" even while lying in bed or sitting on the toilet. • No way to pause app while at work. Ex: working for company that provides security and they prefer not to be tracked. • App takes 5 minutes or more before you can touch your phone to leave your car when you've reached your destination. • Does not take into account people who work evening or night shifts and have to drive during "dangerous" times.

It keeps trying to say that me setting up my music BEFORE I have even started my car, nevermind started driving, is distracted driving...I have tried so many different things to get it to stop and me setting my phone on its stand is even considered as distracted driving when I'm not going to just sit in my car for 15 minutes waiting to leave just so it'll recognize that I'M NOT DRIVING!!! MY MUSIC OR AUDIOBOOK IS PLAYING, BUT I'M NOT INTERACTING WITH IT WHILE DRIVING!!! I STAND BY THIS REVIEW!!!

Seems to work well so far, is pretty good at detecting when I am the passenger. I have heard that some similar apps from other companies are unreliable but this one seems pretty good so far. I have had the app crash a few times but I haven't seen any other reviews that mention that so it may be something with my phone 🤷‍♂️

Needs improvement!! there needs to be a button for when you're parked. I'm being flagged for phone use when I'm parked. I get to a destination, park, then check my phone for time or an address and get flagged!! Or the fact it tracks me on walks!! I do not walk fast enough to be considered a car!! I am about to Uninstall, it takes up so much battery running all the time in the background and being flagged for phone use when I have stopped my car is annoying.

Useless is an understatement when describing this app. I have to keep calling the help desk and they don't even have a clue how the app work. They tell you to turn on location and other things in the settings yet the app would not work. You have to get new code if you uninstall, reinstall, change your phone, or the app stops logging your trip. Yet loss your discount for someone else incompetence. Absolute garbage. This app needs to be removed from app store.

The app is not recording my trips! Before you tell me to call customer service, I had to call to get the email with the code in the first place. Then, I realized it wasn't recording the trips, so I called again and followed George's instructions to uninstall and reinstall. I have driven multiple times & it still is not picking up my trips. I am required to check them 3x's in order to get my discount. the month is almost over & I can't check. My old app worked amazingly. I never had an issue.
