What good is this app when it doesn't work. Can't even use the regular discount let alone the Prime Membership Friday bonus. What a joke! Went to 2 different stations in 2 different towns with the same results. When the app finally gets to unlocking a pump, it does the wheel of fortune spinning icon and never unlocks the pump. After 3 to 5 minutes I gave up and drove to the next station only to play the game again. Spin, spin, Spin that icon. Guess it's back to the Shell Oil app.

The app is slow to load (white screen for a long time) and very jerky when scrolling. The app developers need to learn how to move work off their UI thread. The savings are also pretty minimal. 10¢ a gallon when a gallon costs close to $5 is only a 2% savings. It doesn't feel great to only save $1 on a $50 refuel, but I guess it's better than nothing.

Look, the app is what it is. They track your spending and let you think you're getting something out of the deal, too. However, the app is incredibly, annoyingly & seemingly unnecessarily slow. I've learned to open the app on the way to the store and most times, after a couple of "This App Has Stopped Responding: Wait or Close?" the app might be up when I get there. It's just easier to use your phone number if you're doing the loyalty at all. Two different phones, both high end.

Ever since BP/Amoco switched to the "earnify" app it does not work consistently! Since fraud is at an all time high, I do not swipe my card at any gas station. At least with the "earnify" app, you have the convenience of paying for gas through the app which gives customers some sort of added security. But if it doesn't always work, what's the point of having it on your phone?! I never have an issue with paying for gas from the app of other gas stations.

Never shows any locations, only a blank map. Every time I click on a link to go to any web page it pops up and asks if I want to go to the Google Play store. just for grins I clicked on "Allow" once and it took me to this app's Play store page and wanted me to install the app that was already installed. I'm getting the feeling that this code is glitched because the programmer had to go on to 8th grade summer school. Going back to Upside as it works flawlessly.

have had this for about a year, signed up because I got $1 a gallon off in the beginning. going out of town in a few days, wanted to add a Venmo debit card to get gas today. as soon as I added that, earnify sucked $50 out of my account for a hold. this never happened before with credit cards or my bank account... now I'll have to wait for auth release and I'm out 50 bucks. definitely not worth it to save a few cents here and there, deleting!!! learned the hard way

App ran beautifully on iPhone, but then I switched to the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and it runs TERRIBLY slow. It takes a solid 2-3 minutes to load after opening, and 30 seconds to load after I press any button. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, cleared cache and did other suggestions that customer service said and nothing worked. They say to use a physical card until it's fixed, but that's not a solution or possible. Please fix the app.

When I read through this it states you can use your phone number for rewards. Not the case. Had to link a credit card for it to work. Thanks for the initial discount, but I'll be deleting because I don't want this on file with all the data breaches that keep happening. In response to the reply from BP, the option of an alternate ID is not available at the station I used. Maybe check with your operators and see if they are properly maintaining their equipment.

BEWARE!!! this app dinged by debit card THREE separate transactions for $100 on July 4th the very first time I used it. no response from customer service, no "reward" and these holds were not released until the following Monday...3 days later! at a BP station and I paid inside. Did file dispute w my bank but was reversed anyway. nice to go then owe late charges on 3 credit card payments because the money was not available by the due date of the payments. THANKS EARNIFY! JOKE

app doesn't even work. when loading into the app, it takes a whole minute. the interface is so slow that when I tap the screen, it's like booting up a computer with dial up. when trying to find any gas station, it show a map and then say no available locations. I've reboot the app, reinstalled the app and all that and it doesn't work remotely smoothly or easy. I think the 4.6 stars are all bots and the reviews say the same thing I've said. I don't know how Amazon sponsored this app but it's bad
