They get one star because you have to give at least one to leave a review. Wish I could subtract stars from them. What a scam app?!! I paid money to complete an offer and Earn Star refuses to pay the award. They said there is no record of it. I have a record of it-receipt from paying. Guess that's not enough to force them to keep their end of the deal. If you want ripped off and have your time wasted, then this is the app for you.

so I started to play just to see if it's possible to cash out and sure enough I have successfully cashed out so I was impressed. I started to get interested after that and really putting in some time and effort into the gaming but I noticed that they never gave me the bonus that was promised for the download and then as days started to pass the amounts of payment for achievements began to drop. I understand that there's time limits but I still had time left. So promotional prices aren't honored.

Overall this is a good app but lately I have not been able to cash out due to technical errors and I have messaged support three times since Friday a week ago with no response whenever they say they respond within 24 hours. I've heard the other people been having the same issues and I'm asking for it to be resolved or to at least respond to my support inquiry.

It seemed ok at first. Some surveys went through and game progress is tracked. However, when you get to a certain threshold of the minimum $5.00 cashout, they tell you to verify your phone number because at that point all surveys and games are locked. I put in phone number and waited to get my 6 digit code. Waited 5 minutes never got it. Put my number in again said "too many attempts wait 10 min". put in phone number again still didn't get code. It's waste of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS.

Thiis app has been great since I started using it back in June. I've made $350 only one issue cashing out a higher amount and was fixed quickly. But today I am banned from taking surveys and playing games and can't withdraw the nearly $20 balance I still have and had a $40 pending reward that doesn't even show now. And support is not responding to any messages I send. Highly disappointed and won't recommend to anyone again.

It bites!!!!!!!! So it's been since the beginning of September and I have yet to get my rewards I have been be on patient. I have done everything asked. spent a month on this app. And over a month later, I still can not get my rewards. I'm not someone who screws apps like this. I actually don't go on many. But this one is a waste of time for anyone. We play the games, do what they ask and "WE" all still get screwed. Don't lie and say the problem will be fix, when you don't care enough to fix it

Can't redeem! I've been doing offers and playing games all day today. Picked a $10 gift box followed by a $5 gift box. I'm sitting at $38. Most I've ever made using any app. I went to try to redeem and it's giving me an error message saying 'technical error. please contact support'. I've tried on the app to do that but I don't see anyway to contact support. I wasted a whole using this app and am rewarded with nothing. I'm hoping this is just a glitch because I spent a lot of time to get nothing

don't use this app, it's a scam. 90% of offers don't track and the second you start doing the offers you have to pay, their customer service says they're not liable for tracking and you get automated emails and that's it. use "SCRAMBLY" even when their tracking messes up, email their customer support and a real person fixes it, AND even compensates you when they don't have to. 0/10 earnstar.

The app is good, and it does pay out, but it stops tracking your progress after you done earned a lot. The app does have your account in review when you start, but just contact customer service, and they will remove it. The games are good, and you can cash out as low as $1. I have cashed out multiple times and earn about $80. But now as when I try to install games and do the task, it stops giving me rewards after the 2nd or 3rd task. I have lost about $20 in rewards. Customer service is no help.

First game I played didn't pay out fully. All of my tasks were technically tracked, but some rewards didn't actually show up on my balance. Support basically said the offer partner canceled/rejected the game, too bad." Honestly, the way the tracking progress happened, it seemed like it was the earnstar app that was the problem, and not the offer partner.
