So here's my take on EarthCamTV 2. I've tried a bunch of travel and virtual tour apps, and this one's pretty solid. The selection of live cameras is really impressive - you can basically travel the globe without leaving your couch. And the premium features like the watchlist and commercial licensing are also pretty useful. But it does have some downsides, like the cluttered interface and the ads in the free version. Overall though, it's a fun way to explore new places, especially if you upgrade to the paid plan.

Pros

  • Huge network of live cameras from all over the world
  • Premium plan lets you create a watchlist and access past 24 hours of footage
  • Commercial licensing option for businesses
  • Easy to browse and find interesting cameras
  • Free to download and use the basic features

Cons

  • The interface can be a bit cluttered and confusing at times
  • Ads in the free version can get annoying
  • Some of the camera feeds can be a bit laggy or low quality
  • Upgrading to premium is a bit pricey at $20/year

Description

Been using EarthCamTV 2 for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you explore live cameras all over the world. Pretty cool if you’re into virtual travel and checking out different places without leaving your couch.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a huge network of live webcams you can browse, from city skylines to beaches to small-town main streets. You can even create a watchlist of your favorite cameras and check out the past 24 hours of footage. And if you upgrade to the premium plan, you can use the cameras commercially in your business lobby or cafe, which is a nice perk.

Look, it’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky and the free version has some annoying ads. But overall, it’s a pretty solid app for exploring the world from your phone or tablet. Worth checking out if you’re into that kind of thing.
