It isn't free unless u have time to watch the video over and over (gives you 2 credits everytime you watch it). They give you 10 credits, BUT I faxed 2 items each 5 pages to out of state numbers and I needed 50 credits to send them. which is $2.49 to buy. Also had trouble with my username not being recognized. But I set it up to use my phone log in so should be good from now on. Also it asked if I wanted a cover sheet. when I checked yes it didnt take me to a place to enter cover sheet info.

It works, it's nice to be able to send a fax. However, just know it isn't free to send! You get 40 free credits, and it takes 60 credits to send... So you have to either buy credits or watch a whole bunch of ads to gain 2 credits at a time (each ad is 20-30 seconds each). I get it... Gotta make mo ey somehow, I was just sad that I went through all the set up, hit send, then found out I needed these credits to send.

I just recently downloaded this app and let me tell you, I just love it! I really don't have to deal so much with my printer; except, to pair it up with my phone as and to make sure it's connected to the internet, but what I do to send documents is to take a photo snapshot of them before forwarding them via fax! It's that simple; plus, it shows the status of your docs by showing you if this was sent sucessfully! The first time, it didn't work and because I was fiddling with the printer.

The first time I bought the credits necessary to fax. Didn't realize that you can watch short ads in exchange for the credits needed. Also, the free credits from watching videos accumulated in minutes! And might I add that the videos were actually NOT annoying. Either way, when you compare EasyFax to what you'd spend at commercial faxing/copy chains (if you can find and get to one), its relatively free. This is a super convenient, economical, user - friendly, honest service!

From a satisfied customer: The prices are very reasonable and you don't have to purchase as many credits at once as one of the other apps (50 for $2 something). The app is extremely easy to use: Can send to more countries than listed in app store. If you don't have enough credits it will tell you and you can buy them "on the fly." Also earn credits. The only thing: at first I thought nothing was happening - there is no dialing sound after you hit "send." Wait from 2-10 minutes. Confirms by email

Works as described. No credit card requested. Most comments indicate they started with 80 credits, but I only started with 60. Read through the description a little more & it says you start with 15 credits, so I'll be grateful for the 60. It was 10 credits to send a 1 page fax. I'm not sure if they charge per fax or per page. My first attempt failed, but it was my bad, I entered the wrong number, but they didn't charge me any credits. Overall, easy to use, free credits to start, great app!

This app is awesome so far! You can literally fax for free if you're not in a hurry. They start you off with 60 credits, you can purchase more credits, or you can watch ads to earn credits. Ads were roughly 30secs or less. I rarely need to fax, but I can watch ads during my spare time to build up credits for those rare occasions. This one's a keeper!🥰😄

The best one! The others all have catches or don't even work. I tried a few of the highest rated ones. It takes 10 credits to send one page. You get 2 free credits per 30 second video ad you watch. Earing 50 credits to send 5 pages was really fast and absolutely worth it. You can also buy the same 50 credits for $2.49. Once you take the scan/photo, it auto aligns to crop, but is easy to adjust it. You also have the option to change the contrast before sending with or without a cover page.

Exceeded all expectations. After trying several other "free" apps that required a credit card and subscription after trial, which I immediately uninstalled without agreeing to those terms, I tried this app which was very easy to use and did not mislead or disappoint in any way. It worked intuitively as expected with positive confirmation of work in progress and successful completion. Could not ask for more. Even provided a cover sheet that was simple to use.

Free, by way of the extremely minor inconvenience of watching a few very short video ads, and it comes with enough credits initially, to send 6 fax pages. You really can't find anything totally free, and most require you to provide your credit card and enroll you in a "trial offer". This however is completely free if those security and financial issues. This gets a 5-star rating.

By far the BEST & EASIEST app for faxing that I've tried! No credit card info was required & the setup was fast & easy. Keep in mind I just needed to send a few pages & rarely ever need to fax anything. However, all of the other fax apps that claim to be "free", wanted credit card information before even creating an account! Needless to say I immediately deleted those apps without giving them any of my info. If you just need to send a quick few pages this is definitely the app for you!

This is a great free app if you only have a page or two to FAX! Watch ads, get credits, send a quick FAX and I didn't have to drive all over looking for someplace to charge me. I live in a small town and we don't have the likes of Staples or UPS Store near by. For larger documents, there is the option to buy credits--which was cheaper than searching when our document was over 20 pages! What credits we didn't use are waiting for the next time we need to FAX.

Worked perfectly. No problems at all. Saved me time having to hunt down some place, then stand in line, I didn't have to deal with a clerk, I was the clerk, also didn't haven't to wait around for a follow up file saying it went thru. Mines was done in minutes. Thank you guys for supplying an easy to do up so I could get my business done on my own time and place. Not paid to give positive feedback. I jus felt the app deserved the hype.

I can't complain. I didn't have time to get mad at this app. It didn't stop or make me scared that my information would be under attack. It just like other apps will say you need credits and offer a deal on some. The best part of this was that they also have an option to watch videos for more credits. It started me off with 50 credits. The first listed offer was 50 or so credits for $2.99 and went up from there but the last one was the golden option. I watched 5 30 minutes videos for free fax.

This is the ONE! I only needed to fax two pages of my Doc's lab work and I just wanted something quick and free. I don't need a $10-$17 subscription!! This gives you 40 credits right off the bat and 2 pages (20 credits) so I did what I needed for free. I took pictures of it through my phone and it allowed me to crop it if necessary, as well as adjust the picture right side up, and plug in the fax number then it took a couple minutes, and then notified me the fax went through. Get this one!

Zero stars. During the free trial, you are allotted 170 pages to be sent and 170 pages to receive. However, it is based on a page being transmitted at a set time frame. I sent 18 pages with a cover and was charged for over 200 pages due to slow transmission speed for the service. They bill in $10 increments, which meant the amount for the 18-page fax was rounded up to the next $10. I had to call to cancel the account because it wouldn't cancel on line. And, I was told no refunds.

I've been using the app for years. It's simple, it does wbat it needs to do, the value seems good when compared to costs to fax at a copy shop or something like that. Seems like it might be even cheaper than brick and mortar, with the convenience of faxing from anywhere. It's a very simple app, I would rate it a 5 if it was a little bit more feature rich, but for what it is it's the best app I've ever used.

The price to buy credits is reasonable. The more you buy, the more discount they offer. My first fax was 31 pages. Took almost an hour but went through smoothly. I like that it displays how many pages are being faxed, but it would be helpful to see a status of which specific page number the fax is on while I'm waiting, especially when I'm waiting a long time (so I know a page didn't get dropped). Overall, well coordinated app.

As one reviewer said, the app works well. I didn't mind watching the ads for credits (which I did, in order to get free credits for the next time I need to fax). Note: When you register, the app gives you free credits to start off with, which is fantastic. I've been using this app. for a good while. I can't correct typos. Perhaps it's me, Perhaps it's the app. That's very frustrating. The app lost a star because of that.

I was so excited to learn of this yesterday! Now I don't have to buy a machine plus the paper and ink that goes with. I will be able to send verification forms so easily now, it was difficult without a car. It does start you with 60 credits and you can watch a video and for 2 more credits each time. Plus you can purchase credits. But again, it's cheaper than buying equipment and supplies. I just wonder if there's a way to 'write' on each page info that is required to be written by some agencies.
