It stopped sending notifications after 2 weeks and even if the app is open it sends calls to voice mail. It won't let me renew or upgrade. Now my number expires today and I'm stuck. I've sent an email and haven't even gotten an automated response. I'm in the middle of a back to school drive and can not get calls or text anymore.

Just got this app but so far it is AWESOME! I was having an insane amount of trouble with other apps claiming to do nearly the same thing or more and failing miserably. I went ahead and paid 15 bucks(per month) for the premium package but seriously if your using this for business purposes when you come across the option to do so you'll see why I just paid the $15, most definitely worth it! Thank you for actually having an app do what it claims to do and with no hassle so far! MUCH APPRECIATED!👍

Way too many issues. This app logs you out all the time. I miss text messages and phone calls frequently because of this. I send pictures that are received as a link that cannot be opened. IF I received a pic its because it had to be sent again when I opened the app. Just about every feature is frustrating. I gave my rating because the app works, when it wants to but ONLY at a very basic level. Support has NEVER been available to address my concerns.

I'm not a fan of this app. I have been trying to cancel my free trial and pending subscription for days now. When I attempt to do so, I am asked to provide an email. The emails I receive tell me to cancel through Google play store, which I am unable to do. I have tried sending emails and using the chat feature, and all attempts have been unsuccessful. I get random calls all the time, and I have not shared my EasyLine phone number. I'm pretty sure the app and the 4.9 Star rating are a scam.

Unfortunately I can only give it two stars. It worked very well for about two weeks (paid version) and then it logged me out today and I was unable to log back in even after attempting to change my password. And I was not able to get to the customer service chat line without being logged in, so that kind of defeats the purpose of having that customer service line

The app and number constantly glitched and the 24hr customer service is non-existent. I had a time sensitive issue and had to wait almost a full day for an email response, there's no number to call and no one ever responded to the help chat. A lot of the features don't work and so many people told me they couldn't get a call through. It was obvious that the number had been sold in the past or was sold as soon as it was activated because when the number works it's flooded with spam.

App wont let more then 1 person log in... now I can't even login, my phone line isn't ringing even though yelp is telling me I got 3 calls. can't get ahold of anyone for help. Just so disappointed with this experience with this company!

If I could give a zero I could. Worst experience ever. You buy cheap you get cheap. Text messages, calls don't come through. I tried a call service and it won't work either. Support Team is unresponsive and of no help. So I decided to change service. Well, for the past 8 weeks they have refused to provide the information in order to port my number! My account is paid and up to date! Do NOT use this service! You will regret it! They never respond!

I don't who in their right mind giving this app 4 and 5 stars because for 1)I don't get no notification for incoming calls nor text and, it doesn't provide the caller the option to leave a voicemail. 2)Customer service is no good simply because on the app they have an option that says you can speak live to Customer service but when u do, they reply you to your email whenever they get to. That's very misleading, that's not live 3)The app evey so often doesn't work, can't make calls nor text

Started out okay, but then almost immediately had problems that never improved and only continued to get worse. To start with, we weren't receiving any messages that our customers said they were leaving. Then our customers started complaining that the number would just ring and ring without ever going to voicemail until finally the number just stopped working all together. I canceled our subscription and we'll use someone else. Not worth the hassle and definitely not worth losing customers over.

Do not make the mistake I did and use this app for business, you will lose all your customers. Phone calls rarely come through. You must manually open the app to refresh it, then it will notify you that you received missed calls hours earlier. Texts also rarely show up. The app will notify you with a preview of the text message, but the actual full message will not be in the app's inbox for at least 30 minutes to even days

Yup I just went the 2nd day without being able to get any phone calls. Is this really what I paid for. Even after updating the app twice. You have know idea how frustrating this really is. Easyline is not that easy after only about 3 weeks of use. I know there about to lose my business and I'll just have to find something else to use. I don't even see the last review I wrote on the review page.

I don't truly know what I should rate this app, as I never got the opportunity to use it. I attempted to set up my account, I selected the number I preferred, entered it, waited for the verification code to come through so I could enter it and move along with the process, after 4 requests to resend the verification code, I entered my personal cell # as the prompt was somewhat unclear as to which number they wanted to verify...3 attempts, still no verification code sent...

I did not sign up for this app, never even downloaded it. I'm being charged 9.99 per month even though I unsubscribed as soon as I realized it was charging me. It may very well work wonderfully, but it's being used by someone to sign people up unwillingly. Either way, Google owes me $20 plus something for the time I'm spending trying to cancel a service I didn't even sign up for.

Do not use them? They charged me $80 to Port Out a number. They only respond once a day to emails. My business moves a lot faster and needs a phone call to settle the issue. They will not call me. It shouldn't be so difficult. I have confirmation that I have missed phone calls from potential clients; my losses could be in the thousands of dollars. I'm just changing my number.

Does not ever notify me when a message or call comes through. I updated all notification settings, tried everything to get it to let me know when someone is trying to reach me and nothing works. When I open up the app, I see all of the missed calls and texts. But there is no sound, and no notification number next to the apps icon. None of my other apps have problems notifying me for anything. Frustrating because it's very important for my business that I don't miss calls.

I couldn't even make it past the very first page where you pick out a phone number from a list of them. Every single one I tried clicking on, it would give me an error message, tell me the number was no longer available, and tell me to lock another. So if go back to the list, try another, and it would keep happening over and over again. I tried everything, from closing the app and re-opening, to uninstalling and reinstalling. Still did the same thing. So, I just Uninstalled it.

One star coming from a paying user. This app is awful & I regret choosing it. The free trial is a scam. All it does it secure you a phone number; you do not get to use and test the service for 10 days. The app sends an intro text msg that can't be deleted. The Caller ID shows my own name, not the caller's name (so that's useless). People knew immediately that it wasn't a real number due to something in the call/msg delivery. Bare bones interface. Feels like a free or beta app. Disappointing.

Absolute garbage! Terrible costomer service. I'm Unable to talk or get a hold of anyone for help. The app has stopped working 3 times in 2 months. Clients can't get a hold of me and I'm literally loosing jobs because of Easyline. STAY AWAY! Update 9/8/22 - Phone line is not working again and I can't get a of costomer service! This makes 4 issues now in the last 3 months! STAY AWAY! Worst experience I've ever had with an APP. This has lost me more clients than I can count!

I paid for the business line on here and frankly they absolutely lie about the features and it hardly works. To start, no this does not allow group messages. Next, there is no caller ID so you cannot tell what number is calling you, it just says Easyline is calling you. Often times you will be notified that you missed a call, when it never rang at all. It takes a couple mins to load the app at all, and often you need to restart it 3 times for it to load. Its horrible and barely functions. Trash
