Description

Been using Eat This Much – Meal Planner for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that generates meal plans for you based on your diet and schedule. Pretty solid if you’re trying to lose weight, bulk up, or just eat healthier.

Here’s how it works: you tell the app your goals, the foods you like, your budget, and when you’re available to cook. It’ll then spit out a full meal plan that hits your calorie and macro targets. And there’s also a ton of recipes to choose from, and you can filter out stuff you don’t like or have allergies to. Super convenient.

Look, if you’re into meal planning and hitting your nutrition goals, you’ll probably dig this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to put your diet on autopilot.

Editor Opinion

So here's my honest take on Eat This Much - Meal Planner. I've tested a bunch of meal planning apps and this one's pretty solid. The auto-generate feature is super helpful - just plug in your info and it spits out a full meal plan in seconds. I like that you can customize it for your diet and preferences. Doesn't require a ton of manual planning, which is a big plus. On the downside, the UI can be a bit confusing at first, and the recipes aren't always the most exciting. But overall, it's a great tool if you want to take the guesswork out of meal prep.
