This app was really good, but now it won't let me access my account. It said my login credentials were invalid when they weren't. I'm 100% sure both user ID and password were correct. Whatever, I'll just unnecessarily change my password then. I changed my password and tried to log in again with the new password. It STILL says invalid. Then it locked my account for too many login attempts and the link to unlock it doesn't work, just takes me to a blank screen.

This app is glitchy and practically unreliable. Everytime I sign into the app the information for my card takes forever to load, if at all. I have to close and reopen the app multiple times to try to get it to work, but it's never guaranteed to do as such. This gets incredibly obnoxious when I just want to check my balance and I can't even do that. I really hope they get around to fixing these issues, since I don't have a mode of transport to constantly check the balance on an ATM.

Just like the site I cannot access my accounts. It just shows the bubble for add an account and says list of accounts at the top with no link to the accounts to be able to view transactions. This is a waste of an internet account period. They both don't work not the regular site not this app which is an exact duplicate of the site. I have been off foodstamps for over two years. And I never had a problem seeing my transaction history in ebtedge in those last years I had it.

The app has crashed several times in the past 3 months, my account just disappears and I can't even look at my account to see my balance, then when it shows back up it tells me off the bat that my transaction history is not available so I'm not able to look at any of my transaction history. There's nothing on the site to report bugs or problems, its all about the card.

Right now I'm currently debating on what stars to give this app. I have been having trouble logging in with my username and password, and I KNOW they are the right information. I can not see my benefit disbursement. Normally, it's disbursed yesterday and doesn't get there onto my card until the 1st. I don't know what's going on, but has anyone else had this issue? I had to register again on the app just so I can keep up with my benefits.

APP DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE Don't waste your time with this piece of garbage app. I had it u stalled and it worked fine for a while. Then, for absolutely no reason, the app signed me out of my account and now I can't sign back in. Even after uninstalling then reibstalling AND creating a new account, it still won't let me log in. Funny that the app works just fine on my laptop, but not on my Android or tablet. This app needs a serious overhaul.

GREAT APP!!! I Actually read the reviews and was skeptical about downloading and wasting my time, but i downloaded it anyway and registered on the app, added my card info, and just like that it works great!!! It gives current balance and transaction history.. Just so you guys know, you have to create a new user ID and password, i think that's where people are going wrong 😘

App would be cool if it worked. I did the first time registration like normal. Set user name and password then 3 security questions and all was good. Until I went to check balance a few days later and the app would not let me log in so I reset password and all was fine until I tried checking balance. Again it would not let me log in. So 3 strikes it's out. I'm done u can keep your app and I'll just find another one that works correctly. Later. Thanks 4 wasting my time! Dave.

I've used this for a good while now and it's been 2 or 3 months since I was able to access it. After the update before this recent one I wasn't able to sign in because it didn't even show the screen where you normally sign in. Now after this update it's not letting me sign in and keeps saying "invalid sign in ID/password" even though I know it for sure. So I go to change my password with the security questions which I know all 3 of them, and it keeps saying invalid credentials. Fix it damn it!!!

Does not allow you to make an account. Filled everything out just to be greeted by a ghosted confirm button and a fully functional cancel button. Tried later, it let me register, but denies access regardless. Absolutely infuriating waste of time. Much quicker to just call number on back of card. Plus, it works. Can't beat that!

Can't even log in, even though I have the right log in info. And even on the few times I managed to log in, it was confusing to use and then would randomly kick me out. I prefer an app vs the phone for these things, but calling for my balance was way easier than trying to deal with this app. But I've since found a different app that is MUCH more user friendly in just about every way possible, provides more info and clearer info than this app, and shows you resources that might be helpful.

I've been having alot of problems out of this app, here lately, so I uninstalled it for a week, give or take, in hopes that would fix the problem. Just reinstalled it today and I'm having the very same problem, can't log into my account and all there is, is a blank white screen when I open the app. Very disappointing! Had the app for several months prior to issues, now it just don't want to work, at all.

I went to setup my account and got thru to the point that it dumped me out onto the login page (even though I had just gotten finished setting up the account). So, I entered my username and password. And twice it said that the credentials were incorrect. So, I ask it to send me a link to a website where I can reset everything. But the website never opens. I tried the link in the email three times and waited 10 minutes each time. But no good. And this app is no good. Zero stars. Negative 5

Ok.. it was working up until July started. Even though loading up was slow, I was still able to get access into my account. Now it won't even show my card information. Everything's a white screen. Also, the website is slow.. I tried to log in and then it turns into a proxy error page. Please fix! It was very convenient rather than having to call customer service..

Update- When I try to log in it says fingerprint recognized, and then it's just an all white screen. Won't load card. Won't show balance. Won't show transactions. Has the account tab at the bottom, but can't click it. Lags, and just doesn't work like it is supposed to! The info tab pops up and have to dismiss it over and over. Very bad design. Features are poorly laid out. You'd think with technology, they could come up with a more complex app, that works as it should!

When it works at all, it's not... terribly complicated to use. It mostly doesn't work, though, and I've given this years of chances. Uninstall, wait a while, reinstall, it works for one week, and then back to never being able to sign in. Or putting in the correct information and being told it's wrong. 2+ years of "maybe they'll fix it, when it works it works okay, some people really like it!" and NOTHING AT ALL CHANGED. Restarting doesn't fix it. Not worth the hassle and inconvenience once.

This app is almost always not working, it either won't allow sign in because the "server is down" and when you can get in MOST times it clears your "account data" so you have to reenter your card info almost every time. And still often once re-adding the account it still won't let you access it. Just call the 877# on the card it'll be so much quicker and much less hassle. Side note: I've never in my life used an app so badly managed with this many constant issues. I had the first Android

I've had no issues with it at all, unlike the lame Propel app that never worked. My card has been skimmed three times over the last year- twice in the last three months alone! $600 each time before I learned about the "Freeze/Unfreeze" function in the app. Now I keep the card frozen until I hit checkout, then I unfreeze, pay, then I immediately freeze it back up again. That function is so cool. Nobody can use the card. Even if they get the number they can't use it. I love it! So easy! (Ca.)

The original set up of the app was fantastic, you just punch in a 4 digit code and you're in the app. Now that they've updated it and everything, it's horrible. I forgot my USER ID and Password to it and I can't even create a new one because you can't see what anything says because the page doesn't fit my phone screen apparently, and you can't use an email to reset your password, you have to have your USER ID so I can't even get into my account. Horrible app.

This app works a lot better than the Providers app. It keeps a record for your purchases as well, so you know if something isn't right with your purchases, and even let's you know if your benefits are pending. It does glitch sometimes, and the cards don't appear on your account; perhaps something worth looking into for the developer, but not often enough to demerit the app. I also like that the biometric login is an option.
