Shows different status than my machine shows

Won't link with my device at all.

Connects quick.

Good: It shows information about the device. Bad: The system does not reconnect to the wifi for over a day when it goes out, even if the wifi is only out for a couple of minutes. All other devices in my home are connected to the wifi but this remains offline for at least 24 hours. And the app does not provide a way to force it to connect. The contact information cannot be selected to copy and paste or clicked on to open the appropriate app to proceed with contacting support.

Worthless. EcoWater technicians are not familiar with how to configure or connect a device and "add a new connection" doesn't work. In addition, the support phone number and support email listed are inoperable. Phone doesn't ring/connect and email bounces back as undeliverable. An extremely poor start if this is the replacement to the EcoWater app that has a 1.8 star rating.
