Paid to upgrade my subscription and it blew me back to a "new" member status and I have NOT been able to access the APP since! eDate says it has something to do with it Google Pay bit I went through PayPal to pay and their site linked my Google account! Total BS! I am out money, unsure if they are going to autorenew me and cannot reach out to new date potentials!
I have uploaded.this app several.times all.i.get is a flashing screen . I have made sure the phone is upto date and yes I have restarted my phone also. not working with galaxy 10
What a sad place. Is seems to be one of the worst places I've been on its all about money. It freezes up. You can't send you message. But it takes your credits. Anyway I don't recommend this site it's a no stars but I had to give it one just to post this. It just like the site you have to give something. And you get nothing
App is good. The service is awful. All profiles are fakes. Not a single connection after matching ever responds. That clearly shows they are fake users
this site is horrible I couldnt find anyone in my area and trying to cancel is impossible. I sent them an email to cancel my subscription, but I didnt get an answer if it was done or not. I would never join this dating site again and I hope no else does either.
The app itself is ok. It needs more to do on there besides spin . The support team just doesn't have it. Any problem, it takes them two days to get back to you. Their shoes could be on fire, but by golly, they get around to you in two days!!! The app stands at a 3 for me.
When the app works i might check it again, as of now the app won't show you to anyone without a picture, but even after you upload a picture which takes hours to succed since the buttons don't work, the app does not recognize the pictures you uploaded even though they are on the app
Get emails about free spins.. but when I click on from email. Non there.. plus other things. If I have likes I should be able to see them an their profile.. if I like them .. given the option to sign up to message them. Not just see blurry pics!
every time you send me the name,age and location of a match when I tap on it I'm taken to the spin area and never get to see the person you want to introduce me to.
There are more scammers than there are actual paid members. 98% of your messages will not be answered. And the likes you receive, the majority of them will be from those who completely ignore what you have written in your profile. And the number of pictureless profiles is astounding. At worst, waste of time. At best, test of patients.
