I had been looking for an app that would help me send money to my loved ones until I found this one. It's really helpful when it comes to sending money, and it's easy for my family to use. I feel like my family is close to me, and I can support them as well
They put my funds on hold requesting an ID emailed picture of the person I am sending funds to. I have never had to upload a picture of an ID for proper distribution. The ID has always been shown at cash pickup. When I questioned the teller, she hung up on me. The person I am sending to doesn't have access to email a picture for funds it doesn't make sense. I will follow up if he gets the money or not. * update he couldn't pick up. Someone living in Mexico was able to get it for him. thank you.
It worked the first few times, but now it is not letting me open it
Seems like it would be a good banking app, as it has many useful features—but I can't get any of my debit cards to work with it. Hopefully when they implement bank transfers, which the app interface claims are coming soon, I'll be able to give a fair and more detailed evaluation.
terrible customer service and app! I sent money and it was stuck on processing. I called customer service and they said it was a glitch and that it should be fixed, just to find out that it was still having the sale issue. do not use this app!
