So far they are awesome. I highly recommended elephant insurance.

App keeps crashing on startup with newest update (2/15/2024).

Been with elephant for 5 yrs and have had lowered payments over the years ...very satisfied.

It doesn't even down load the app then when I did it doesn't allow me to sign in.

Always glad to give my opinion. I took this company when I left State Farm. No one was writing contracts at that time. But now they have raised my Premier No Fault up twice. Not happy. They Will do it Again in 6mo....I am looking else where. I RARLY DRIVE AT ALL-PERFECT CUSTOMER TO HAVE......DONT SEEM TO CARE

Never had a problem with them, even when I need to change my payment date. They are very flexible
