App keeps crashing on startup with newest update (2/15/2024).

Been with elephant for 5 yrs and have had lowered payments over the years ...very satisfied.

It doesn't even down load the app then when I did it doesn't allow me to sign in.

Always glad to give my opinion. I took this company when I left State Farm. No one was writing contracts at that time. But now they have raised my Premier No Fault up twice. Not happy. They Will do it Again in 6mo....I am looking else where. I RARLY DRIVE AT ALL-PERFECT CUSTOMER TO HAVE......DONT SEEM TO CARE

Never had a problem with them, even when I need to change my payment date. They are very flexible

The new February update 2024 literally asked me to update today and it will no longer let you load up the app, it asks you to update and that update doesnt let you load the app so how am i supposed to pay my bill due today???

I love this new app! It so easy to use and I love having my ID Cards in the palm of my hand even if I have no signal.

It will not let me sign in. It says my password is incorrect even after resetting my password multiple times. However I can get in through the browser. The app is completely pointless

Awesome app! Easy to use and you can do everything on the app as you can on the website. You can even store your ID card offline on your phone.

The app doesn't work consistently. I submit my information and get "something went wrong" but it doesn't say what, so I have no clue how to fix what went wrong. Then I try again at 8 or 9 at night and it lets me sign in, but then the payment button stalls. Add to that, I can't access the website because the security certification isn't valid. How on 🌎 am I supposed to pay my bill?

I'm impressed with how quick it was to set up the app. I really like the easy access to my ID cards. Even when I don't have service I can pull up my insurance information without any hassle it's convenient and gives me peace of mind on the go

I totaled my vehicle. I was not informed throughout the process at all. Every time I called the adjuster, it went straight to voice-mail. Voice-mails were never returned. I was offered less than the bluebook value & less than what the adjuster said would be deposited. Would not recommend.

it's as expensive as any other insurance, just a gimmick to make you buy

Terrible company! This app only allows me to get ID cards. I always get a message, "You can't modify your policy at this time." They constantly raise their rates even though I have not been in an accident or receiving any tickets. I need to add another vehicle and driver, but they are only open when I'm at work. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere, and i highly suggest all others do the same. Such a same after being a customer for 13 years this is how they treat you.

I can no longer log into the app. I updated it and I keep putting in my security code but it just spins and spins
